off the cupcake Izzie forced down her throat this morning, Eleanora maneuvered her way around the crowd leaving the locker room. She tossed the wrapper in the trash can, humming a song she heard on the radio as she quickly fished out her scrubs.

Before she could put them on, however, hands snaked around her hips and to her stomach. Soft kisses trailed up her neck and she smiled, tilting her head the opposite way to give him more room. "Good morning to you, too, Dr. Karev."

Alex squeezed her hips, turning her around so her back was touching the lockers. She moved her arms to rest on his shoulders, looking up at him with bright eyes and a lovesick smile.

"It isn't yet." He responded, grabbing her chin and raising her head slightly as he pressed a kiss to her lips. She let her eyes flutter shut, kissing him back. She could feel her heart racing faster in her chest, moving one hand to his chest.

Alex pulled away slightly, smirking as he looked at the girl who so quickly and easily turned to putty in his hands. "Now it's a good morning, sweetheart."

They had been....whatever this is for a couple of days now. Whenever they could, they'd sneak off into a closet or an abandoned room and make out, Alex shushing her giggles with a smile of his own or her quieting his groans with her lips against his.

They'd gone back to her house once, just two nights ago. They had both gotten off earlier than expected and practically rushed to the Grey house, knowing the others would be later.

Eleanora knew that once they were there, given the time and quiet, they'd finally have sex. Alex did too, if his excited hands and needy kisses were anything to go by. He very rarely didn't get laid within the first two nights, and by then it had been five and he was practically losing it.

They had made it halfway through the foyer before Alex had lifted her onto the table they kept random things and mail on, slotting himself between her legs.

Alex's pants were undone and Eleanora's shirt was off when everyone came barreling into the house, completely ruining the mood and embarrassing Eleanora to death.

Alex wrapped her in his jacket, knowing they wouldn't be able to find her shirt quick enough. Meredith and Izzie were laughing, but George just stared with hurt eyes. Alex noticed, his own narrowing as he shielded Eleanora from view, pushing her up the steps while she kept apologizing to her roommates.

Ir was two days later, they still hadn't done it they had everyone picking at them.

She sighed, pressing another kiss to his lips, this one sweet and soft. Protests filled the room and Alex growled, looking over at the door. Eleanora gave him a soft, sad smile, turning back to rummage through her locker. Alex squeezed her hip one last time before shoving through the crowd of their friends.

"Honestly, get a room, you two." Cristina complained.

"First we see you two practically screwing in my front hall, now we see you two being all sweet and lovey dovey in the locker room?" Meredith teased, smacking at Eleanora's shoulder. "There is a time and place for these types of things you know?"

Alex slammed his locker shut, shrugging on his coat. "Yeah, we tried that, in the house she lives at." He looked at Eleanora, nodding. "See you at lunch."

After he left, Eleanora turned to her friends, her eyes begging. "Please, stop doing this! We're-"

"Happy?"

"Horny?"

"Delusional?" George mumbled. Everyones head snapped to him, and Eleanora let out a hurt noise.

"Fine, whatever." She said softly. She quickly pulled on her scrubs and grabbed her pager, briskly walking out the door. "I won't talk about my relationship with my friends."

Izzie looked after her, scoffing. "She calls that a relationship? Please, her and Karev will screw once and he'll leave her behind like a piece of trash."

"Thats enough, Izzie." George snaps. "Shes our friend, and friends don't compare their sweetest and kindest friend to pieces of trash, even if that friend tries to date a guy like Alex Karev."

Cristina and Meredith shared a look, Izzie just gaping at George.

"Well," Cristina whistled, shaking her head. "Looks like Izzie's cupcakes ruined everybody who ate them. What'd you put in them, Iz? Bad juju?"

loved being on Bailey's service. All the other interns seemed to dread it.

Sure, Bailey was strict and mean and a little too aggressive, but she was the best at what she does and she knew it.

Their patient was a pregnant woman with breast cancer. The idea made Eleanora's heart ache, but she didn't let Dr.Bailey see that. She'd have a field day.

Eleanora and Bailey were at a nurses station discussing the chart and treatment plan, their voices low when they were interrupted by Cristina, who had the uncharacteristic look of anxiety on her face.

"Dr. Bailey, I want off the psychic case. I'll take whatever you got. Can I switch?" Bailey let out a noise, not looking up from where she was.

"Ask nicely."

"Um, this is me asking nicely?"

Eleanora shook her head, stifling a laugh as Bailey gave Cristina a deadpan look. "Isn't Stevens on that case with you? You really want to leave of all people alone on a case like this? Anyways, I don't do switches."

Cristina looked at Eleanora with a slightly pleading look, and she just mouthed the words "post-op".

Cristina looked at Bailey slowly, nodding slightly. "I'll do your post-op notes for a month?" Eleanora gave her a thumbs up, looking at Bailey with a smile.

Dr. Bailey seemed to think on it for a minute before nodding, handing Cristina the chart. "Fine. I can accept that. Yang, this is your lucky day, because you get to be with me and Amedeo on the breast cancer patient. And there's spotting, so you'll have to do a pelvic. And I mean that , Yang, will do the pelvic and not toss it off to Amedeo."
