The Peak

Hogwarts…was now no longer a school it's now Cobalt personal play thingy. "It's been a while since I showed up hehe," he said while holding the golden orb which was holding Gino and throwing it up while watching the death eaters torture the students and the staff.

"Voldemort lent me a couple of his goon to take over this school. Most of the students who resisted are in hiding or being tortured and drained of their powers but for some reason most of the slytherin students." He sighed and stood up.

"But what's weird enough is…I haven't been able to see Merwin anymore, last I saw he was swimming still. Probably got eaten alive."

He laughed maniacally as the door of the great hall was opened and Bellatrix walked on pulling Hermione in by her hair. "Look who I found hiding." Bellatrix said as Hermione winced, screamed and struggled to get out of her grip. "L-LET GO OF ME!" Hermione screamed.

"Oh the little mudblood huh?" Cobalt smirked. "Well what are you waiting for? We have no use for mudbloods!"

Bellatrix raised her wand ready to cast the killing curse but all of a sudden a loud crash was heard from behind them and it was Merwin, holding Excalibur in his right hand and his wand in his left hand.

"Let go of her." He said quietly, but on the inside his blood was boiling from anger. He casted expelliarmus causing Bellatrix's wand to fly out of her hand and stupefy to blast her into a wall. He also used a blast to destroy the rest of the low level death eaters.

"Little Merwin huh?" Cobalt said as he stood up and kicked Hermione far into a wall knocking her out. He walked up to Merwin.

"Not so little anymore, 'older brother' you can't trick me with your lies anymore." He calmly said while walking up to Cobalt.

The two of them chuckled lightly and smirked. All of a sudden Cobalt punched Merwin in the cheek and Merwin sliced him in the chest! "BASTARD!" They both said in unison.

Cobalt's skin regenerated and he had a psychotic smile on his face as he kicked Merwin up into the sky.

"Of course you don't know but I'll tell you anyways." He appeared next to Merwin into the sky and punched him back down into the ground.

"AHH!" Merwin screamed in agony as his back connected with the ground. "I was stripped of my powers from little brother but, when I killed father I gained his regeneration abilities,"

He jumped and kneed Merwin in the chest and continued, talking over Merwin's screams. "You think I took over half the wizarding world without any type of powers? Get real."

He was about to strike Merwin again but he was sent flying by a punch. "ACK!" He said standing up to see Merwin with Golem creations.

"You think you're the only one with Merlin power ups? Now you're gonna give me the ball, and I'm taking you back to Azkaban. But before that, I'm gonna kick your ass!" Merwin said running while towards Cobalt with the sword in hand.

Cobalt smirked and ran at him. "Well I guess you could try!" The two yelled as they were about to strike each other it felt as the energy shifted and a ting sound was heard from under them as they both felt a shiver down their spine and were blasted back.

As they stood, up to their horror they saw the literal peak of wizards emerging from the golden ball and look at them with pitch black eyes, glaring at them menacingly. It was Gino after absorbing Merlin he couldn't tell right from wrong, good or bad, all he knew was…destruction.

A deatheater raised his wand and ran towards Gino. "DON'T WORRY SIR I'LL DEAL WITH THE INSOCELNCE"

Cobalt raised his hand in panic upon seeing his. "NO YOU FOOL!" He yelled as Gino turned his gaze to the deatheater and tilted the head causing the deatheater to be literally erased from existence. There was no trace of him, no sound, no screams, just erased.

Merwin and Cobalt looked at each other and nodded. They know they're incredibly outmatched but they knew they had to stop the peak of the wizarding world before they die.
