In the beginning

She was just angry at him, since he has been away for so long without trying to reach her. She went back to her enough but fancy cottage where she lived with her family after checking the thirtieth time this month from the post man far South the framing but city gate. She misses him but her new puppy Coco has been keeping her company off late. Maya came screaming at her raining insults and curses on her, Their neighbours and people who lived miles away from them could hear her storming out. Jade has always been submissive and obedient trying not to get on the bad side her mother but today was one her unlucky days. She endured all of the shoutings, and beatings when ever it came. But her stepfather has been So good, kind, loving and the father she never had.
Emerald on the other hand had a whole different life. together, she had three siblings to be precise three brothers which she claims are not normal except for the youngest of her brother. The oldest who loves to hunt and good archery - Brad is his name, he is so protective of me. "Jones is the sweetest and the romantic one when it comes to women but extremely overprotective of me, which makes me feel like a useless, frail thing that can break at any moment. He hates it when other boys look at me , because of that I have no male friends except for Taylor whom I haven't in years, but for God's sake I'm a teenager and it's normal for people to ogle, and above all I know that I'm a beauty. There has been lots rumours about him but I don't believe it so l better not talk about it. And there goes the most normal and super funny and fun to be around or let's say my favourite but I haven't seen him in a very long time but I know I will one day". She closed her diary when she heard her mother calling her to come down for lunch. She makes her way out with a smile on Their face as usual showing her cute dimple.
Jade , Emerald, Yasmine, Karen and Taylor had a secret place they spent their free time ,their little hide out was deep in the forest of the kingdom. It is believed to be an abomination for women to Swim in springs or get near one but these damsels never gave a damn to it; they found it when they were just eight years old. The kingdoms largest market is at the mouth of this deep forest but no one dared to go inside not even, the King, brave warriors, Knights, renowned hunters or bounty hunters.
