The final day for the trial was over and Kelly won

"Thank you son"

"I wasn't going to let that woman reap where she didn't sow"

"You haven't seen the last of me" Mia screamed

"You're right we haven't I am going to make you pay for what you did to my brother" Brian fired and Mia got scared

Three days later the news of their court section spread wide and embarrassing pictures of Mia and her lover were all over the news, Mia's family business shares began to fall and she was so embarrassed, the high and arrogant Mia, finally people had something to shut her up

"I told you to not escalate things" Mia's brother said

"I didn't know it was going to end this way"

"Haven't you heard the phrase ' those that live in glass houses should not throw stones!' You accused someone of infidelity but you're the one, couldn't you have come up with a better law sue" her brother was angry

"Did you have to go this far!" Rìan asked

"I just wanted to teach her a lesson for every thing she did to you and Aileen"

"What are you talking about?"

"I got to find out that you weren't the reason Aileen was rushed to the hospital on her order the maid injected too much of the sleeping liquid into the water you gave Aileen, the amount you used based on the measurements was not the one that sent Aileen to the hospital, when she got to know from your friends about your idea she wanted to use that opportunity to get rid of you, she wanted something to happen and pin it on you and get rid of you and she succeeded dad sent you away and she knew I was already guilty of what happened to their father and was not interested in the family wealth, the wealth that was her and her brother's ambition she wanted it all, they wanted it their company is going through crisis it was because of her marriage to dad that sustained them"

"It was my mistake in the first place to think of that idea I gave her the opportunity to act, please pull down those images and news about her it's harsh for a woman's dignity"

"Your brother is right, Mia will get what she deserves, don't soil your hands" Kelly said

With this Brian called the shots

"Since this case is over, let's prepare for your wedding".

"Yes dad, I will call sel"

Brian called sel and told her he has finalized everything and he will be back soon and he has already started with the wedding preparations and just as planned it was coming on the following month

"You miss him"

"Yh sis, it's been two months"

"Don't worry, he'll be back soon and then he will be your husband"

"You didn't go to work today??"

"No I don't feel well"

"True you have a cold, I will take you to the hospital"

"You don't have to, it's not that serious I just need to rest. You can go to work"

"Are you sure? Ok get some rest you you need it. I'm going to work see you"

Rebecca had gone to the flower shop, that was her new business and she was all alone, she didn't know why she was not feeling well all of a sudden and she seemed anxious like something bad was going to happen to someone she thinks about

She stayed in bed all morning till she heard the bell ring

"Ayeee!!! A doctor who's sick, you don't take care of yourself,

"Just because I am a doctor doesn't make me immune to sickness, how did you know I was sick"

"I went to the hospital and they told me you called in sick, have you eaten I brought you food"

He took her to bed and made sure she ate a little

"Where's your medicine?"

She showed him and he gave her some

"Don't treat me like a baby Nina will be mad when she gets to know about how you're taking care of me"

"She already understands, now sleep I will watch you for a while"

"I don't feel sleepy tell me about your day"

"You sure you want to know??"

She nodded and he started, he laid besides her and told her everything including those that didn't happen but just to make her smile he told those white lies too

"I guess she was bored look she dozed off, so much for I am not sleepy and tell me about your day tsk" he said jokingly, he looked at her sleeping face and smiled

Elsewhere

Rìan and Mika had gone to inspect a new project under their company

"If we continue at this rate, we will be done before the deadline" Rìan said happily

"Sir I need to show you something"

He moved away from Mika and went to check out what the worker wanted to show him, he looked at Mika and smiled she was really happy with the progress, she got lost in the potential success of the project that she wasn't careful with her environment, she almost got hurt by some of the building materials

"Careful Mika" Rìan said as he pushed her away but weren't so lucky he broke his leg and a little cut on his face, he was rushed to the hospital
