Chapter 2
Cobble stone, a city known for it's clean cobble road–obviously.. the road itself of how clean it was showed class and status.
"I don't even know how that works!"
Ivon slap astris mouth, "don't butt in the narration!"
"Well anyways–" cobble stone is showed simplicity and class, and became the safest to live in, only one of the highest of political positions in empire can own, one of those mansions, including the children of prophecy. Day and night cobble stone street is peaceful and strangely too peaceful, no people of CS even goes out.
"What if!–" Ivon slapped Wheinzels mouth, "don't spoil it" , "the possibility?", Ivon nodded.
Three bells echoed through in the whole school, "its finally our opening ceremony for freshmen!" They all stood up and walked they're way through the halls, while chatting about the new students.
"I heard Quanie, will be enrolling here!" Wheinzel gossips while showing a message of Quanie from his Dagopad. "I'll be there soon!" Ivon and astri was shell shocked at a top student like her of Time tower would transfer.
"What's the Point of going here? Shouldn't she be graduating already!?" Ivon took his Dagopad and scrolled up of their messages.
"Yow! Hold on there missy!" He took his Dagopad and turned it off. " Don't you know privacy!?" Ivon smirked giving him a mocking face " you don't stand a chance dog, she's allergic to the likes of you"
Ivon hit it where it hurts him the most, wheinzel froze on spot and was already overthinking "no.. but I'm a prophecied child, who would reject me no?" He tried to save himself.
"Sorry dogo.. but I'm allergic" Quanie says, as she sneaked at the back while they were talking with eachother, "and your an hour late of telling them of my arrival" Quanie clicked her tongue.
"Well anyways, we should go in the hall already and sign up for attendance.." astri changed the subject as she noticed something.
They all went in the hall, and after signing up attendance, they find themselves their seats together. All while Ivon was stealing glances at astri. " Don't be too obvious.." Ivon gulped and turn her head facing the stage.
LADIES AND GENTLE CREATURES! ( I doubt that) Today, we welcome you all for an another year for our senior learners, and welcome and congratulations to our new juniors! (That sounded not okay for an opening yea?)
The ceremony starts with the opening speech and soon introducing of all juniors. The very few learners were not that interesting, not until the MEGA JUNIOR COMBO WAS INTRODUCED!

Those kids were important in this school, at a young age of 5 they already have a great achievement and ensured their enrollment! And especially their prophecy!
They were given social speeches as their previlige with such, and even if it's purpose was to inspire, it was directed at the seniors for still being in school at such age.
The Sting of their glare at the senior students were too obvious, and intimidating, it made them all uncomfortable, until the end of the event.
"Gosh! Do you know how embassad I am! Even the parents that attended couls tell whats going on!" Wheinzel ranted, Ivon sighed for how many times. "Can you really still relate when you're have an oracle already??, why even sit next to us!" She groaned.
"What's soo good about their seats? A chair is a chair, wherever I sit down doesn't matter" wheinzel says as with a dignified expression. "Huh.. well I wouldn't miss those free foods on their side, some of them were even sleeping during the event, if one of us slept, it would be terror for all of us!"
"What!? They were allowed to sleep!?" Wheinzels focused shifted to only one thing, -sleep-, "you have been here for 3 years and you didn't even know that?" Ivon gave him a questioning look.
"Well.. how could he even notice when he was always busy admiring someone back then" astri sneaked in their conversation. "To whom?" Ivon questioned.
Quanie, felt left out and wanted to be in their conversation too. "Probably me, right doggy" she says, while taking his hand into hers, making wheinzel sweat.
"Ergh..." Quanie soon let go and hugged astri from behind "astri... Dear lets talk" Ivon just stared at her. "Oh spare me" she winked at Ivon.
"Then just talk", astri bluntly said to her, quite annoyed because of the awkward situation. "Deary, I want it private.. only you and me" She Whispered in her ears. " I don't match with reptiles" she shook her off.
" you don't have a choice" Quanie says as and took Astri by teleporting somewhere dark, a complete oblivion.
"Astri!?" Ivon was caught of guard, she was frantically looking for her but soon stopped by wheinyel "it's alright, she's with Quanie, she won't hurt her" he assured her, in his embrace.
In the dark space that seemed endless, astri was left alone inside.. "Quanie?" She called out her name but it only thea echoes can be heard.
The place shined, and started to have forms, it turned into many places, with people that can't be touched. 'this.. is this a memory? But I have no such thing" astri mumbled to herself.
"No, they're not memories, but my vision... What do you see astri?" Quanies voice echoed.
The visions showed many of the children suffering and dying from the hands of disgusting creatures, there were something pulled out of their bodies and transplanted... There were tortures and intense trainings, there's a lot that died during it all, Astri could hardly count the dead bodies of children thrown at a glass garden.
The vision of time went further untill decades had passed, the resentment of those poor souls turned their core corrupted, leading to a downfall of civilization once again.
"Why is this happening?" Astri asked Quanie.. "why are you showing me this?"
Quanie was silent for a few minutes. "Heroes gets tired too, they're abused, killed, and they're forced to be sacrificed for our own good, or for THEIR own benefits"
"A heroe don't have a choice but to give their lives to us."
Astri was still conflicted and confused, even the narrator too!
"Save this children astri, they need your help" Quanie beg of her.
"First of, girl.. how? I have no power!"
"No. You do"
"I don't."
