Chapter 23: A few ideas for the future

Boom boom boom!!!

The sound of Explosions could be heard throughout the forest, A massive mushroom cloud began to form, and before it could clear Four figures emerged from the smoke,One of the figures began to attack the two with a massive ray of energy that the two were able to dodge by flying in different directions.

From a distance three of the figures then each released numerous amounts of energy blasts at the lone figure who dodged them all by moving at high speeds. then in a fit of rage one of the figures dashed towards the lone one and threw a punch that the lone figure avoided and followed up with an attack of its own that sent the other flying

"YourYou're going to have to do better than that to get me, Lett!!"

yelled the lone figure mocking the other two still at a distance. This figure was none other than Arrot who had a massive grin on his face as he effortlessly avoided Lett's attack and sent him flying, he then looked up at Toma and Abb who were now hovering above him with a frown on their faces.

"c'mon he yelled it's unlike the two of you to me so angry, has the realization that you lost finally kicked in? Arrot spoke in a taunting tone as a sort of payback for all the times they teased him

At his taunt, Abb finally reacted by charging his ki to its maximum and dashing toward's Arrot whilst firing blasts at him.

Arrot dodged them gracefully with a grin as he saw Abb approach him with a right hook but he caught Abb's fist and punched him in the gut making him coughed blood a little rough but the best way to make sure he grew stronger, this whole training session's with the Saiyans was so that the got used to fighting opponents stronger than them.

Arrot let go of Abb expecting him to collapse but he held his gut and glared at Arrot clenching his teeth in frustration the frustration soon turned to one of Abb's savage gringrinsns that Arrot knew far too well now he raised his head to see Toma.

Toma raised her right hand above her head as she began to charge a blue ki blast that looked to be as small as marble at first but quickly grew to b the size of the truck then it became larger than, Arrot had already begun charging his blast he was in a stance similar to one Goku would use for the Kamehameha he was a simple imitation of it but the ki was Purple the color Toma hated most for some reason.

Once her attack was fully charged Toma threw the massive ball of energy toward Arrot who eyed it as it descended in a flash let appeared behind Arrot trying to land a proper sneak attack and Abb used this opportunity to attack as well, Arrot quickly turned and kicked Lett besides his head knocking him out and sending him flying he leaped over Abb who tried to land a blow and kicked him on the chin knocking him out, but it didn't end there as His ki blast was charged and he sent it flying to clash with Toma's blast. It looked very similar to the Kamehameha the difference being the color and also that this technique was not refined.

The impact of the two attacks was massive as gusts of wind began to blow rocks and trees away it was a powerful clash but it was soon clear that Arrot had the upper hand since Toma struggled to push her attack further and Arrot only added a bit more force to his blast and it immediately pierced Toma's blast and went straight for her it was a direct hit that sent her falling to the ground.

Arrot raised his hand using telekinesis to catch her before she hit the ground although near death training was good for the Saiyans because the zentai it could blast earlier was enough to bring her to the brink the difference between their power was still too great despite Toma having reached a power level of 12,000 in the past six weeks of training.

Abb had also made a significant jump to 8400

Once she landed safely the medical team quickly rushed over to help both her, Abb, and lett. The Medcinians as always took their job seriously and got to work healing them up although these particular Madicinians were still novices they did the job well enough you almost couldn't even tell they were lacking in the proper skill Arrot hoped that in time they could be used to help in future battle's but on the civilians of the Empire he will build.

Bean walked up to Arrot handing him a water bottle whilst congratulating him for his victory.

"As always splendid performance my Lord, you have once again proven why you are our leader"Bean spoke with a smile he has proven to be useful and has become significantly more Loyal to Arrot in the past six weeks.

Although he still wasn't fully committed as someone like Toma, Abb, Bora, and Umpk, where he was still better than Lett who constantly shifted from hate to admiration to jealousy and envy Lett's feelings were so jumbled that arrot wasn't sure on how to handle it yet and Rin had told him to figure it out himself, ever since he didn't call her the most beautiful creature he had ever seen she has been acting as if she were giving him some sort of silent treatment. He just chose to give her time.

"You flatter me Bean, Toma is the one who deserves the praise, she has greatly improved."

'Although I hate to admit it my lord you are correct Toma has had a massive increase but she still tries to htood to overpower her opponents this tactic will never work on opponents stronger than her as you have proven.

"I was thinking the same, when I fought her she tries too hard to be more aggressive same with Abb and Lett but ill have to deal with that tomorrow.

"Of course my lord, Will you be going to your mansion ill have a Soya prepare a transport...

"No need Bean I would prefer to fly, for now, it's a nice day after all.

Bean bowed his head respectfully "of course my lord".

"Ohh hey Bean you go get some rest as well don't want you collapsing or anything" hehe

"Thank you for your concern Lord but my mind is as strong as my Body"

HMMMM?? I will take your word for it then Bean well I'm off

Arrot took off on the spot heading towards his home, he became lost in his thoughts as he flew

"Although he hadn't improved these past six weeks Toma, Abb and Bora have had a massive increase in strength Lett's improvement isn't as quick as expected and that seems to have made him even more irritated Bean on the other hand has also become quite powerful reaching a power level of 2000 on his own he has proven to be a hard worker these past few week's which was something I needed in my force's

Although He had improved massively with magic he still had to finish some projects soon, for this he had to enlist the help of top scientists from the six different planets currently under his control to help produce a few projects he had in mind.

The first was a Gravity chamber same as the one Goku and Vegeta used in the Original series the scientists were faster than expected and promised something by the end of the month although in terms of producing the actual machine it might take some time for them, I would need a species that was more technologically advanced but ill give my current Vessels a benefit of a doubt.

The second project he had was to improve space travel and weaponry including improving the Saiyan battle pods as-well-as equipping them with weapons powered by the Saiyan's ki so they can always work well with the Saiyan's strength.

Also, Arrot hoped o create a powerful space fleet like those in Star wars of course he didn't know well those went with the dragon ball universe but he remembered seeing Frieza's fleet in action for a moment in the Super Broly Movie and all honesty weaker species must have had a way to repel invaders using technology and the such so improving the armies technology is a given.

Then there was the third project Arrot had in mind which was the creation and improvement of the Saibamen soldiers.

For this project, the scientist need to modify the Saibamen to Further improve them to be a better soldier since the originals are not o intelligent also they need an extra-strength boost they would make good soldiers since they were almost in abundance

The fourth Project he had in mind was creating an alternative to senzu beans the Médecinian where the best healers he currently had and hoped to fully utilize them.

Arrot was so lost in his thoughts that he hadn't already noticed he was at home already.

Upon entering his home he wasn't surprised to see none other than Bora watching a strange alien show on the large monitor whilst eating candy like foods, with another child she turned her head noticing Arrot walking her face lightened up as she rushed over to him aiming for a hug Arrot stopped her using telekinesis.

She struggled to move anymore even moving as if she were swimming but she didn't get anywhere.

"huh okay fine I give , now please let me go Arrot darling"

Arrot shrugged and released her from his telekinesis causing her to fall to the ground with a thud.

Owe that was rude you know she said with a pout

And so is breaking into other people's houses replied Arrot as he reached into the fridge

speaking of which aren't you supposed to stop doing that, I do remember saying that your punishment for doing this would be much worse this time.

Bora froze for a bit before she looked at Arrot with puppy dog eye's please Arrot Darling y-you like a big brother to me you wouldn't punish me would you

she had the most adorable expression that would make a lesser man break it was just so adorable BUT I wasn't a lesser man.

'That won't work Bora! I said this with a stern face

And all hope she had seemed to die as she moved to a corner

It seems even my brother won't stand by my side in my darkest hour and to make matters worse it is that very same brother who threatens my freedom darn it how it is those closest to you that often stab you in the back.

Argh the drama queen strikes again I thought munching on some food I then turned my head to the other intruder for the first time it was a Soya not much older than us he seemed scared of me since he was shaking in his boots.

Yo, I say hoping to seem calm to him but for some reason, it only made it worse. I was about to ask Bora who this kid was when she all of a sudden jumped up as if realizing something.

Sorry Arrot darling but I just remembered Rummy darling and I gotta make it home before mommy darling does bye and in a flash, she grabbed the one called Rummy and flew off with him screaming suspect he is the Soya unfortunate enough to serve as her brother oh well.

I finished my meal and moved into my Study, yes I have a study installed in my house, after allI'm'm a ruler and have important tasks six planets won't manage themselves, will they?

No, they wont was the answer sure I had appointed governors but I would be a fool to not monitor them closely although they had been put under my binding spell they still had to be watched fortunately I had a computer that could access all of theirs and I began going through the six planets under my rule

The first being of course planet Soya renamed New Sadala a sort of homage to the original Saiyan homeworld (i wonder if it's out there somewhere) I put that thought at the back of my mind as I began going through the planets details Like

Rations: They were stable in fact you could even say abundant due to the decreased population but the problem is that it meant we were extremely underpopulated iIwould have to implement some pro-natalist policies to encourage Population Growth with the Soya

That's when an idea dawned on me would the Soya be able to reproduce with the Saiyans, Saiyans could reproduce with Humans so who knows about an otherrrrr races as long as they were similar

The Soya was not too different from Humans granted they were stronger than Humans but that was a plus side some half breed Saiyans would be welcome, but many of the Saiyans are still too young but those that are ten years of age would have to wait sometime before they begin to have ideas of sexual exploration hmmm?

I would have to discuss this with some geneticists to get a professional opinion but hmm "Hey Rin could you tell me if Soya and Saiyans are compatible better yet give me all theinformationn of the Races compatible with Saiyans

Sigh "Fine since it is important I'lll give them to you"

I thought Rin would ignore me again but strangely and compatible she didn't as she presented me with a list of species in the Universe fortunately to reproduce with Saiyans without any problems to the child. They will be ranked in order of compatibility first being the most compatible and the last being the least.

And boy was it a ride

1. Saiyans

Of course, Saiyans would be compatible with Saiyans I thought. But I might need to find some universe 6 Saiyans who knows maybe meet up with their king hey maybe find Caulifla and Kale wonder how old they are I thought?

2. Humans ( Author note: I put humans second as a sort of personal explanation to why Half-human Saiyan hybrids were so strong)

Hmm, they are second on the list huh maybe that's why Half Saiyans were so powerful in the series I thought I would consider them for a later time.

3:Angels

4. Core People (Kai's) (Author note okay the only reason I put this here was because of this other fan-made story of Goku having a kid with a Kai and hehehe )

The Third one was a surprise to be sure but a welcome one Saiyan's being compatible with the Kai's was something I remember considering but never focused on in the past but brings me to wonder how many of them are there I remember that other one from the dragon ball games what was her name again? oh well I'll remember it soon.

5:Hera clan

Of course, they are here honestly would have been disappointed if they were not since they whereas savage and Brutal as the Saiyans as proven by Bojack and his crew, but the wait was they not extinct? that would be problematic.

5:Konatsian's

The wait isn't that The species Tapion was part of he was pretty strong from what I remember from the movie and unlike the Hera, they seemed peaceful and they still exist in the south Galaxy I would have to make contact in the future.

8:Cerealian's

Oh like Granola well too bad they are dead but those eyes would have been used fully as hell.

7:Soya

so turns out the soya were compatible with Saiyans although less so than Humans but compatible nonetheless

I would have to find contact with these races in the future shame I don't have any compatible species other than the Soya.

There were other races but I didn't have any solid information on them yet I would have to find out soon.

I moved on to look at rare Metals that I had been using to pay for most of the reconstruction efforts important news and the needs of the vessels.

I went on for some hours till I noticed it was nighttime tired I went over to my room and went to bed for some rest I heard some fireworks and cheers in the City too tired to careIi slept.
