**3rd Person POV**

'Sigh! What a disaster.' 

Arthur looked into the sky contemplating his earlier decision with the title he received earlier made him likable to ladies. He could sense Bella showing some likeness toward and few of the female knights under her command, but what worried some of the guys showed some interest in him.

'****!'

He cursed inwardly. He could understand if those fellows show some respect, but interest? What is wrong in this world?! The male knight is supposed to be the model of masculinity, but not in this way!

He is currently riding the horses gifted by Bella after they learned his profession as a merchant. So she decided to sponsor a horse to cover his loss from his goods.

Bella also wanted to learn about him and discovered some interesting news about him. According to Arthur during his journey toward the nearby Town, a huge explosion left him behind! His horse and goods leave him behind. The good news is he can use both sword and magic without worries.

Arthur complained that the excuse he created was a lame excuse, but his level-10 lying and deception weren't for show. Hearing his explanation about the accident Bella looked at him with sympathy, and he received a horse as a reward.

Where they traveled in the location they were traveling to was the same, but her womanly heart wanted to see him riding a horse.

So seeing him riding the horse, her heart wanted to exchange places with the horse Cough!... she means want to join him!

A few Minutes Later.

They saw the town from the distance and entered the town after they waited for a few minutes.

Arthur and his group entered the Town with Bella before the guards guided him to register Bella wanted to let him pass the procedure, but Arthur accepted since he wanted to register a clean background.

The guard used the plate called [Status Inspect] an artifact created in the Age of Gods. Once Arthur placed his hands on the tablet a blue screen appeared.

'Sigh! Good thing I adjusted my Character Status.'

Arthur sighs in relief as he changes his level from 10 to 25 since he can't lie his way out of the mess after he defeats the so-called bandits without exposing his strength.

The head guard nodded his head after he saw level since reaching level 25 before 20 years old isn't an easy task unless you're among the hero party. 

"Arthur, I welcome you to Blackwater Town!"

"Thanks."

"We should do the next procedure register and tax to enter the Town."

"How much?"

"10 Coppers Coins."

"Mn."

Arthur nodded his head before giving him 10 coppers from his pouch without realizing Bella was looking at him using the magic wallet. She used to observe out of habit and discovered the item was an artifact almost lost her cool.

"Did something happen?"

"No! No! I'm fine I just remembered something, but those things aren't important."

Bella waved her hand at Arthur who tilted his head in confusion likewise the head Guard looked at her in curiosity, but he didn't ask anything and told them about the rules within the wall.

Arthur learned he could stay for 10 days before he could renew his residential certificate to permanent or temporary failure to do so, would pay a fine twice the original amount or be subjugated to slavery.

A few Minutes Later.

Arthur and Bella's group separated in different directions as he planned to roam around the Town before deciding on the Inn he would be staying within ten days. He looked around until he passed the Inn called 'Golden Boar Tavern' and a young woman hugged his arms dragging him inside the Inn. 

'???'

"Mom! We have a new customer!"

"Ara~ Ara~ Melissa what did I tell you not to drag people inside the Inn without their permission?"

Arthur's lips twitched with the help of his poker face he managed to control himself not to be a fool in front of them, but deep inside him was screaming about the system's injustice.

He smiled at the ladies before he introduced himself to them.

"Hello! Young Miss, and Beautiful Madam, my name is Arthur an aspiring Merchant and I want to look around and even taste the best food the town may offer."

"Ara~ Ara~ What a sweet tongue you have dear, young man. Fufufu~ You can call me Mai, Young Arthur."

"Hello! Madam Mai." Arthur scratched his cheek even his level 5 poker face can't survive the MILF attack.

Melissa looked at him with a smile on her face and hugged his arms tightly pressing her bountiful field.

Arthur felt the weight pressing made his mind scream to push her down, but his new passive skill. He managed to increase his self-control making both ladies look at him in a different light.

"Hello~! Arthur, you can call Melissa I will be your guide in this place until you decide to move out~"

"Sure, thanks Melissa can I have a room for ten days including a stable for my horse to stay? Can I have lunch?"

Arthur decided to sit down with Melissa entertaining him since the place is empty.

He gathered information, especially about the explosion a few days ago resulting in a huge earthquake, and most of the birds died as long as their direction was located in the explosion. Arthur's lips kept twitching as he listened to her complaints until a new customer entered the Tavern.

"Dude, did you hear rumors about the wandering Shaman claiming the black liquid is the devil's blood and needs a blood sacrifice to cleanse them?"

"Yeah! He also proves the black liquid is a sign of devil's blood since you ignite them and caused a fire."

"Hey! Buddy did you hear a rumor about the Crimson Witch visiting the place to investigate the devil's blood."

"Speaking of Crimson Witch… She is hot and I'm willing to be her footstool."
