Sacred Ring of Assassins

Mimi Fan could barely breath as Beck Quin pulled her out of the stadium to tell her a secret. She hadn't seen this loser for a few days, and all of a sudden he was sweating like the world was about to end.

Beck Quin had done something really bad, and was breathing heavily as he took Mimi Fan outside into a back ally. He was exasperated and could barely manifest a single sentence as Mimi Fan tried to calm him down. She was a child, after all, and didn't hold grudges with her nemesis especially when he seemed so desperate.

"They... they are going to try and kill me and brother..." Beck Quin said as tears started to fall from his face... "I didn't do anything, but ask for some help against Lin Fan... However, after those three assassins died, they... they want something of equivalent value..."

"You mean? You tried to kill Lin Fan and you are coming to me? Are you crazy Beck Quin?"

"No, not crazy... I'm desperate... Mimi Fan... My brother will die without your help?!"

"What can I do? You tried to kill my father?" Mimi Fan tried to pull away from Beck Quin as three men in black armor walked towards Beck Quin as they shooed Mimi Fan away... "Damn it! We're trying to talk here! Don't make me call down Grand Dragon Veros!"

The three men suddenly stopped when they heard that name, and then rapidly retreated into the shadows. They were so fast that Mimi Fan felt like she wasn't sure what she saw...

"Listen... Beck Quin..." Mimi Fan sighed and patted him on the arm... "You have to ask my father to protect you now! However, what can he do?"

"He... he can talk to the Sacred Ring of Assassins and pay a fine for killing the assassins... I don't have enough money... Even as a prince, I have nothing of value! My father's kingdom is small and relies on Ind Quins fame to get us money!"

"However, he won't have that if we both die!"

Mimi Fan felt like hitting Beck Quin in the face before she felt a swirl of energy appear behind her. Grain Kan seemed to appear and walk out of the wall as he looked at Mimi Fan and shook his head.

"Girl... I got to fight in a tournament, but you can't risk your life for this little trouble maker... If he's saying what I think he's saying, then Lin Fan would get killed if he helped..."

"What about the Infinity Super Clan? I thought they don't like the Sacred Ring of Assassins..."

"Mimi Fan... Lin Fan is worried, and is about to fight Boris Lang... I told him as his enemy that I would help look for you... Little boy... She can't help you!"

Beck Quin shivered and turned around before those three men reappeared and looked at Beck Quin. They nodded their head at Grain Kan before they took out a mask and walked towards him.

However, Mimi Fan instantly used the one treasure her father gave her in emergencies. She tossed down a small ring that exploded and caused ten Silver Art Mimics to appear.

They instantly rushed forward towards those three assassins before melting together and forming one large fist. They swung out towards the assassins before Grain Kan picked up Mimi Fan and started walking away...

"Come on... You did enough... Little boy... How much do you owe them?"

"Roughly ten thousand Ascent Grade Treasures, or three sentient treasures..."

"Wait, let me go! Grand Dragon Veros! Help him! Help him or I'm going to be angry at you!"

Mimi Fan screamed as loud as she could before a series of slashing lights appeared and cut through the silver art mimic. The silver art mimics couldn't use laws and were unable to stop before they were cut in half.

Beck Quin fell on his knees and started to cry before he activated the only real treasure he had. The ball of light he used to capture Mimi Fan a few years ago.

He wanted to cry because his lie had finally backfired. He wanted his life to start a new, but was unable to do anything to stop what was happening.

"Tell this Lin Fan if he wants, we'll accept payment for Beck Quin for three weeks... Afterwards, we'll kill him and throw him in the ocean..."

"Also, tell him that the Sacred Ring of Assassins is looking for new members... If he wants, he's welcome to join and be our in house blacksmith..."

"I'm supposed to kill him... Is that a veiled threat?" Grain Kan put Mimi Fan down before he held out his hand and caused what appeared to be thousands of knives to stab into their bodies. He used a skill called [Illusion Dance] and suddenly caused them to freeze in place.

"You... you really think I care about the Sacred Ring of Assassins? Just be lucky that I have mutual respect..."

"Please! Please save him..." Mimi Fan cried as she watched Beck Quin's bubble break into tiny glass shards that flew in all directions... "Ill do anything! I'll even make father take it easy on you..."

"This is something for grown men... Tell Lin Fan later, and I'm sure he'll resolve it... However, just a warning... come for this girl, and you'll be dealing with a fury of a thousand rings of planets..."

"We know about her..." The assassins put a bag around Beck Quin's head as they twisted his arm around his back as he tried to resist... "However, we know more about Lin Fan... Tell him to come visit us sometime in Sacred Light City... We can't wait to keep him company..."

"Please... please save him! A thousand kisses on the cheek..." Mimi Fan cried out before Beck Quin disappeared... "Two million five hundred thousand! One million!"

"He'll be kept comfortable for three weeks..." Beck Quin pet back Mimi Fan's hair before he lightly put pressure into his calf and appeared instantly in the Arena... "Now, just watch your father fight okay? Try and tell me if you see any weaknesses..."

"Father! Please... please save him!" Mimi Fan started to cry as Boris Lang walked onto the stage... "Please! I'll do anything! Please Chicken Man!"
