Found You
It was the early hours of dawn when Christopher's plane landed in the country. Without much pomp, he was picked up in an unassuming black car and driven towards the outer limits of the city.
Looking down at his phone, he hesitated about calling Delaney. Over these few months him and Del had both used every resource they could access to get news of Jeannie without raising any alarms. But it had been in vain.
On one hand he wanted Delaney to be assured that Jeannie was found but on the other hand he did not want Delaney to rush here and....
Of course that was his own jealousy talking. He was worried about what he would do if Jeannie sought Del for comfort.
