Hestia knife and a new set of armor.

bell and hestia were hiding from the giant troll that attacked them.

How did this happen. Bell thought.

(Five hours earlier.)

"Bell hang out with me tomorrow." Said hestia

"Okay." Bell said

Their date was at the village square were they were holding the battlers festival.

Bell had made enough valis to spend on hestia and himself for the day he decided to stop by the guilds shop and pay for his dagger then he went on a date with Hestia.

Hestia bought them two shish kebabs and they ate lunch Hestia decided to give bell her gift when suddenly her friends from the hostess of fertility came and started gossiping.

She made a quick escape with bell but when they had made it to the center of the festival a trimmer shook the ground then a thunderous roar was heard.

And a troll came out.

Bell grabbed Hestia and ran off towards the east.

The troll chased them he managed to escape momentarily when Hestia tried again to give him her knife but the troll found their hiding spot and they escaped once again bell found himself running dragging his goddess along.

"kami sama come quickly." Bell said

The found themselves coming to the slums when bell hid in the sewers of the streets how did it come to this.

"Bell!"Hestia said she gave bell her knife she pricked her finger and let a drop of her ichor enchant the knife and then she used her hair to give it her blessing.

"You'll be fine bell because I have faith in you." she said.

Bell nodded and he took both knives he dashed towards the troll and lured it to attack him,he waited for it to strike timing his movements right, he skipped right and jumped up the trolls arm sprinting towards the trolls head he preformed a flip and raised his twin blades up and cut the trolls ear off he turned around and kicked him in the eye with a spinning back kick then he drove his blades into the trolls throat and dragged the two blades down its center line.

the troll fell to his knees and dispersed in a cloud of smoke leaving a huge magic stone in the center of town Aiz had just arrived fearing for her loves life.

"bell thanks goddess." Hestia cheered

"it's thanks to your knife and faith in me that I was able to save you." said bell.

Aiz found bell just then everybody gathered around believing that Aiz slayed the beast but she assured them that it was bells doing.

everybody doubted that but when they noticed the blood soaked bell they all shut up.

Bell had slayed a high level monster but still it was no Minotaur.

They cashed in the stone for 9,000 valis.

Bell had returned home that night and bathed then he had the goddess check his status to her surprise bell had now all B rank level status.

He laughed when Hestia told him his status was B rank level.

Bell then went to bed.

the next day bell was asked by miss Aena to go shopping

he found himself in the Hephaestus workshop but aina lead him to an elevator witch she took him to a section where the apprentices who had yet to be recognized sold their works bell found himself looking for a suit of light armor he found one in a box selling for 9,900 valis he noticed it had a name engraved on the corner Welf crozzo this armor somehow spoke to bell it cost him nearly all his money.

"okay miss Aena I've decided on this armor."bell said.

"It's a fine choice bell and I think I will give you a gift as a thank you for your hard work this is for you she handed bell a green protector."

"what I can't accept this." Bell said

"No bell I insist " she said.

bell didn't want to say no so he decided on taking the gift.

after they paid for bell's gear bell then thanked miss aena and went to meet up with Aiz she was in the square when bell meet her.

Aiz what do you think this lite armor I bought it with my own money.

"that's great bell now you look like a real adventurer." Then Aiz decided to ask bell if he could remember his parents.

Bell shook his head I knew my parents were adventurers but I can't remember much about them.

Aiz lifted bells head in her hands

"you don't have to worry bell I will always be there for you when you need me." Aiz thought.

"Umm Aiz valenstein can you let go of my head ,my hairs getting messed up."

Aiz wanted to ruffle Bell's hair just one time.

"May I have permission to ruffle your hair Bell." Aiz said.

Bell didn't see the harm so he agreed.

Then she ruffled it and suddenly a wave of nostalgia ran over bell.

He remembered a time a younger girl did this to him.

Bell got up in a frenzied panic

"I gotta go,bye!" Bell said.

And he ran off.

"What was that just now,he said, was it A childhood memory?"

He returned home and found it was empty but that Hestia left him a meal of potato croquettes.

He smiled.

As he sat down and ate them in silence
