Bai Zhe had learned the technique he used from one of his teachers, Qing Yue Ming, the greatest qi master. It was the technique of dividing his qi to create a virtual body and using a spell to connect his soul to the virtual body. The body could temporarily change into a physical body if the user was skilled at using the 5 elements: earth, water, fire, wood, and gold.

The virtual body could go through any object. However, he could make it grab or touch anything as well. When Yu Gui Long Jin attacked him, he released some of the qi power in his soul to counter the impolite action.

"At least that kid's bones will be broken. Huh, I finally have to replenish the qi in my soul. So annoying," Bai Zhe murmured.
