Da Xian Special Chapter 36: The thieves' ambush

Ping Hu woke up to find that Chen Li was lying there hugging him. He had never been hugged by anyone. Although he did not like it when Chen Li treated him like a child, he was happy that it was like he had an older brother to take care of him. Ping Hu moved so he could get up to clean himself. His actions woke Chen Li.

"Hm, Ping Hu, are you awake?" A half-asleep Chen Li looked at Ping Hu.

"I think we should go out and buy some seasonings for cooking while we are travelling," said Ping Hu.

"Hm, that's a good idea." Chen Li used his big hand to pat the head of the boy he had cuddled all night.

"Quickly. Get up, so we can go shopping at the market. There are a lot of things being sold at the morning market. Most of them will be sold out if it starts to get too late," said Ping Hu before dragging the person who was lying next to him to get up. Ping Hu used his qi to strengthen himself to easily pull Chen Li who was not fully awake.

"This is how you wake your brother?" said Chen Li.
