Chapter 24: Clashing Into My High School Best Friend

We hopped into the car and Kelvin started the engine, the interior of the vehicle is just so amazing, and I wouldn't mind taking a nap inside 

I would most certainly purchase one for myself next week, or perhaps I would purchase one when I arrive in Washington, DC. That would be way superior, at the very least I would be able to cruise around with it in the city and have a good time.

"What would happen to your parents if they found out that you had fled to another city without informing them or seeking their permission?, but are you serious about your plan?"- Kelvin inquired.

I was a little perplexed by his inquiry, and I'm not quite sure what to say in response to it. I know my mother would be devastated and perplexed if this happened to her. It was, however, her fault for forcing me to travel to Nigeria all in the name of my dad is opening a new gaming company over there and she obviously has no right to do that, she didn't even bother to ask my opinion before she got up and decided what would happen to me. She has earned the right to be alone.

"I don't give a damn about how she would feel. Was she interested in hearing my thoughts, or even if I would be satisfied with their decision? I'm an adult, and the fact that I still live with them does not give them the right to treat me as if I'm a piece of paper" i said with anger

Kelvin took a deep breath and tried to grasp the entire scope of what was going on around him. Despite the fact that we were still talking, he was still completely focused on the road front of him.

The weather has begun to shift a little bit and it now appears that it will rain very soon

"Maybe i should ask my mother to have a one on one talk with your mom, maybe that will calm her down and enable her rethink her decision towards sending you off just like that" he said while trying to suggest some ideas.

"That is not something I require at this time. The only way I can demonstrate to them that I am a real man is to vacate their premises for three months. The harsh lesson they will learn from this will stay with them for the rest of their lives "- I responded with anger

Kelvin burst into laughter as if he had seen a naked chicken. Is he making fun of me, or is he trying to be funny?

"What's the deal and why are you laughing like a chipmunk, dude? What exactly is amusing you?" - I asked 

"Please accept my apologies. It's rather amusing to think that you might be able to teach your parents a valuable lesson. Your mother may be concerned, but believe me when I say that your father will be completely unconcerned "- Kelvin said with another outburst of laughter

My father, on the other hand, barely feels anything, and he was partially correct. And he's even more strict than my mother when it comes to his values and beliefs.

I kept my mouth shut and concentrated on the road since I didn't know what to say.

"Keep your spirits up, bro. If you are still planning to travel out, then there is no need for you to be concerned about my insane queries "- Kelvin said

"Doesn't that look like Gabriel?"

The sighting of one of our former high school classmates caused me to scream.

Kelvin looked in my direction, and he was astounded to discover that Gabriel was standing close to a fire hydrant, just as I saw and it however occurred to me that he was the one standing over there like a police man

 "Is that him? I thought he went to Canada after our graduation?"-  Kelvin asked in confusion

"Let's stop over and see what he's up to"- I said and took off my seat belts 

Kelvin pulled over to the side of the road and leapt out to embrace Gabriel, who was standing helplessly like a helpless little baby.

"It's been a long time, bro. "I had no expectation of seeing you today, and oh my God, this is truly a miracle." "- Kelvin screamed out loud and gave Gabriel a hug 

"It's great to see you again, Kelvin. I wasn't expecting to see you, either. You appear to be a much larger and more mature person now. Let's say you graduated from high school with a tidy sum of money." - Gabriel let out a little joke 

As they exchanged pleasantries with one another, I kept my gaze fixed on them both for a while. Later, I came down from the car and called out to both of them, and they responded.

"What's up, fellas? Let's continue the conversation in the car. I believe the rain is on It's way and it will pour down it's content in a few minutes"  I let out a scream.

They both looked up at the sky to see if my assessment was correct, and they discovered that the weather was not particularly pleasant.

"Surely it is not Andrew, Oh my God! I can't believe how much you've changed and now look so much like your father "-Gabriel said after walking to the car

When people constantly bring up my parents in front of me, I become a little uneasy because it makes me feel bad about my ideas of fleeing the country.

"He looks so much like this father and it's hard not to commend such resemblance" Kelvin said as he hopped into car and took over the wheels 

"Damn, that's a nice automobile. You guys are looking on the bright side of life, and I hope I could be as optimistic as you two" Gabriel said after taking a glance at the interior designs of the car 

Gabriel actually grew up in a normal home, and during our high school years, he used to walk to school anytime he missed the school bus due to the fact that his house was a bit far from the bus station but he does wake up late too. He was, on the other hand, extremely brilliant, considerably more intelligent than either of us during our high school days but however, we were unquestionably more wealthier than he was.

"It's my car, bro, I just bought it yesterday with my hard-earned money," Kelvin said, while winking at me to co-operate with his lies 

I don't know what's going on with Kelvin today and I'm certainly not sure if I'm going to co-operate with his lies or say the truth because he is actually driving his mother's car, not he's

 I cut him off in the middle of a sentence: "Stop lying buddy, this automobile belongs to your mother."

"If it's not yours, why are you lying and pulling my leg?" - Gabriel asked 

A surge of laughter greeted Gabriel's response.

In response to my actions, Kelvin clenched his jaw and tightened his face as our gazes met on each other. But he swiftly turned away and accelerated the car away with an increased speed

"In any case, everything that belongs to my mother also belongs to me. By the way, I also have my own car parked at home, so it's not a big deal anyway"- Kelvin responded to the question

Gabriel didn't even pay attention to what came out of Kelvin's mouth since he was too preoccupied with admiring the inside design of the car.

Maybe this his first time in a Bentley car because I'm certain that his family won't be able to afford one for themselves, talk more of him acquiring this kind of car for his personal use 

"So, what's going on with you, man? I was under the impression that you went to Canada after high school. I was taken aback to see you back in the United States "- I addressed Gabriel after a short period of silence

"Well, I actually moved to Canada to live with my uncle, but I had to leave after a short period of time because I discovered something extremely damaging about my uncle. What's more, if I had stayed behind, my buttocks would have looked like a drainage hole "- Gabriel muttered with a sour expression on his face

What exactly did I just hear?, and what exactly is he trying to say?

I was really perplexed by his statements, and I couldn't even make out anything sensible from what he was saying.

"Seriously, what are you saying right now, dude? Be serious right now. You have a great sense of humor about a lot of things "- I responded back

"I'm a serious man, my uncle is gay, and he was attempting to use me as his toy, and I couldn't take it any longer"- Gabriel explained his situation.

Kelvin kept staring at Gabriel, it was clear that he was trying to comprehend the information that had just been shared with him. His uncle was a nice guy, and I remembered him showering us with candy and sweets whenever I traveled he came to the United States for Halloween. It was a bit surprising, and it was difficult to believe this kind of allegation levelled up against him

I asked Gabriel for more information about how it all transpired. "Please elaborate more on how it all transpired, I mean how did you discover that he was a gay and what made you to believe that he was attempting to use you as his toy?" 

"One day, after returning from the grocery store, I saw him sitting in front of his laptop, watching a sex movie on his computer screen. My horror was compounded when I discovered that it had been a gay sex tape. It was at that point that I knew what was going on with him. Upon entering, he was busy masturbating and making great use of the video, which he found to be amusing. He was taken aback by the fact that I had shown up early at home, probably he was expecting that i will return late. He promptly got to his feet and proceeded to the bathroom, leaving his penis swinging around like a jingle bell. Later that day, he came into my bed in the middle of the night and attempted to have sex with me as if he were his wife and it was at that point i knew that my life just got twisted"- Gabriel narrated with a sorrowful look on his face 

Because of our respective personalities, we both looked at each other with a certain amount of scorn. For the first time in my life, I could never have imagined that Gabriel's uncle would descend to such low levels of disrespect for his nephew.

"Are you attempting to imply that he desired to forcefully have sex with you despite the fact that you are not a girl?, was he intoxicated?" - Kelvin inquired, with a sour expression on his face.

Kelvin pulled over to the side of the road so that he wouldn't be sidetracked by Gabriel's tragic story on the way. I couldn't believe what I was hearing either, and if I had heard this from someone else, I would have concluded that it was a fabrication.

"He wasn't inebriated; he was in his right mind, and I have no doubt that he was prepared to pull my clothing off that night." He confessed to me that he was head over heels in love with me and that his wife was unable to satisfy him sexually in the way  he desired. He had taken me shopping the day before the incident and had purchased some good clothes for me as well as an iPhone X-max and a few wristwatches. "I had no idea he was planned to drill a bore hole in my anus after those gifts," Gabriel confessed

When Kelvin heard the bit about the drill hole, he burst out in laughter. I too, was amused by the whole story and I found myself laughing out loud

Despite the fact that he was charmed by our laughter, Gabriel maintained a solemn demeanor.

"He honestly informed me that night that if I allowed him to use my body as a toy, he would pay me a weekly allowance of $3,000 in exchange for allowing him to do so. Even though I suggested that he should purchase a sex doll and practice his gay deeds on it, he replied that he preferred it to be genuine and that he wanted to hear me cry out loud in pain.

   I couldn't take it any longer, so I punched him in the nose till he started bleeding, then I went straight to his room and grabbed out the $50,000 he had withdrawn from the bank earlier that day. I took my belongings out of his house and ran as fast I could," Gabriel explained, a sigh of relief on his face.

"Did you inform your parents about what happened, How did they respond when they heard the news?" - I inquired.

Gabriel slumped back in his chair, tears in his eyes, as he reached for his handkerchief, which he had hidden in his rear pocket. I was heartbroken for him, and I couldn't face the thought of him suffering in such anguish.

Why would some people be so callous as to desire to take advantage of their own nephew is a mystery to me. Someone who is linked to you by blood, this is so cruel

"When I told them about the incident, my mother went into tears, and she immediately picked up the phone and dialed my father's number, who was at his place of employment."

And before I knew it, my father had flown to Canada with a friend, and the two of them had attacked my uncle in his own home there. My father was actually transported to the hospital after my uncle stabbed him in the chest with a knife, and he has been recuperating at home ever since." - Gabriel's responded

That last statement of he's left me speechless; his father should not have attacked his brother in the way that he had done. He should have taken the situation to court and filed a lawsuit against his brother.

"Was your uncle taken into custody by the police?, he deserves to pay a heavy price for all of his atrocities against you and your father." - Kelvin responded angrily, fury visible in his eyes

"Yes, he was arrested and my dad was lucky to have taken his friend along if not he would have been dead by now."- Gabriel replied

"How do you mean bro?"- I asked 

"According to my dad, he said that he entered my uncle's house with the intention of beating him to death. But he was quite surprising when his uncle picked up a knife and inserted it into his chest with force.

  His friend however rushed him and took his brother out with a solid blow in the eye, so he fell down to the ground with his hands on his eyes. He quickly called the police and my dad was rushed to the nearest hospital around.
