"Rhea!" I jerked to the direction of the voice that had called my name.

My step mother, Lillith was seated as gracefully as ever on a wooden chair with her legs crossed. She was seated with a manner of poise like a woman of steel, which was a usual persona for her.

But there was something different to her. She looked sad and that was unusual to me.

"I can't believe that you would treat your only family this way. I can not believe that you would turn on us and allow the Alpha throw us to the darkest dungeon." She said to me.

I shook my head at her in disagreement.

"No. I had no idea of it at all." I said. "I don't even know what happened. I just woke up and found myself here."

"Well, I know that you want us punished for all the years and to be honest, I can not blame you. We were wicked to you." She said to me.
