Chapter 7: First mission (2nd part)

UNITED STATES

ARMY CENTRAL BASE

Raizor's team jumped out of the plane to land on a mountain near the base, so they ran towards it, but stealthily.

Lena and the others couldn't keep up with Raizor's pace, but they also didn't get lost, which was good, but she was more worried about her friends than herself.

One was a brown-haired, green-eyed boy named Jack; then there were two girls, one with purple hair and eyes called Emma, and the other with yellow hair and brown eyes named Euphi. The three of them are Lena's childhood friends, so she values them a lot.

At one point, Raizor stopped, and they did too. Lena approached and saw him looking towards the base, but there was something strange because his eyes were shining.

"Listen, the entire base is heavily guarded, so we'll have to infiltrate in another way," Raizor said, making them nod.

"Raizor, how will we avoid being detected by the guards?" Jack asked, looking at the guards who were on watch.

"You and I will take care of them so that they can go to the control room and steal the files we need," Raizor replied, surprising the girls while Jack just nodded.

Before the girls left, Raizor took Lena's arm to tell her something, which made her blush.

"Listen carefully, Lena, I need you to do me a favor," Raizor whispered, causing her eyes to widen in surprise at what he asked.

Lena simply nodded, then left with the others, while Raizor and Jack went in the opposite direction to take care of the guards.

Jack took care of knocking out the guards on the upper part while Raizor knocked out the ones in the middle, clearing the way for the girls.

After doing that, Raizor climbed up to where Jack was waiting.

"This is too easy," Raizor said as he looked down, but then he detected something strange.

"Jack, go to the girls and tell them to hurry," Raizor said, leaving Jack somewhat confused.

"Why, what's happening?" Jack asked as he watched Raizor look in a direction where there was just open field.

"A magical shot from a military range is approaching here and it's coming fast," Raizor replied as he watched a flash approaching the base.

Jack realized it and went down to where the girls were, who had already finished, but when they were about to leave, high-ranking soldiers blocked their way, leaving them with no escape.

With no other options, they were going to have to fight, but thanks to the spy suits the principal had given them, the soldiers wouldn't be able to recognize their faces.

"Damn it, just now the soldiers had to show up," Raizor said in his mind as he watched the flash approaching closer.

"Affinity with the element of wind: Elemental deflection attack," Raizor said in his mind before launching a stone into the air, and after it passed in front of his right eye, which emitted a flash when he opened it, a gust of wind shot out of the stone, deflecting the shot.

Most of the people who saw that were shocked, but there was one who immediately knew it was the missing spy, better known as THE REAPER.

After that, Raizor went down to help his team, who were having trouble since there were many soldiers, but what Raizor noticed is that they didn't want to kill the soldiers.

"Affinity with the element of fire: Purgatory flame attack," they heard that attack and saw how the soldiers started to burn in flames until they were killed, which shocked Lena and her friends.

"Let's go, mission accomplished," Raizor said to everyone as he watched more soldiers approaching.

"Raizor, more are coming," Lena said, causing him to turn around and at the same time raise his hand towards the soldiers.

"Affinity with the element of water: Winter storm ice attack," a barrage attack came from his hand, sweeping away all the soldiers until it reached a part of the base.

"Let's go, the mission is over," Raizor said to everyone who just nodded before leaving.

Raizor's team's mission was over, but as they were returning, Raizor stopped because he felt a power he had felt before.

His face suddenly changed, something Lena noticed and worried about until Raizor pushed her because at that same moment, a magical shot grazed her.

"So, this was your idea, right? Erick," Raizor said, looking towards some bushes, making a guy come out of nowhere and attack him.

"Not bad, Raizor, but now the real mission begins," Erick said after Raizor dodged his attack.

The mission was a trap for Raizor as Erick was waiting for him; now Raizor will have to fight regardless of whether Lena's friends know that he is truly THE REAPER.
