Chapter 17: The Invincible Knight

PREVIOUSLY

"Who the hell are you Euphi?" Asks the girl startled by the withering look from Euphi who smiles upon hearing the question.

"I'm LA PARCA's best friend" Euphi replies after letting go of her and turning around to go to Raizor who smiles upon hearing her best friend's answer.

The girl falls to the ground on her knees when she sees how they walk away as if nothing had happened, but then an amount of anger and rage arise inside her which causes her to get up angry and get ready to attack them again, but this time Euphi doesn't get to notice that it will happen so the attack impacts against them, causing a lot of dust from the impact.

"Good trip to hell idiots, never underestimate a member of the Annihilators of Spain organization" Said the girl as she turns around to leave, didn't Euphi and Raizor survive?

CURRENTLY

"Wow so really that organization managed to come back after they almost destroyed it, unbelievable" Says a voice coming from the dust generated by the explosion, the girl was paralyzed when she heard that voice.

"It can't be, it's not possible that she survived" Said the girl in her mind as she turned around scared because she couldn't believe what she was seeing.

Euphi and Raizor were intact, the girl's attack didn't hit them even a little bit, but what was most striking about what had happened was that around the two of them was a barrier that disappeared shortly after the dust left.

"I see you don't understand when someone warns you about something, brat" Euphi says while staring at the girl who can't move because of the fear she has from looking into Euphi's eyes.

"Huh? My body doesn't move" Said the girl in her mind after seeing how Euphi disappears and her body out of nowhere stopped responding to her, but then she manages to see Euphi behind her with the dagger in her hand.

"I warned you, the next time you attacked him you weren't going to come out unscathed, good trip to hell idiot" Euphi said after the girl spit out a large amount of blood that even she doesn't know why that is happening to her, but then she manages to notice how she has around twenty cuts on her body.

The girl ended up collapsing dying instantly because of the great loss of blood she had after receiving all those cuts that even she didn't manage to see or feel when Euphi did them since everything was weird since the girl stared at Euphi's eyes, being petrified by the fear remained her eyes.

"I see you killed her fast so she wouldn't suffer so much, well done Euphi" Raizor says as he walks up to Euphi who smiles at him.

"It was the only way to do it fast, besides you could tell she was being forced to work in that organization, I only gave her the break she wanted" Euphi says as she sees the lifeless body of the girl who had a smile on her face as she fell to the ground dying, but then she notices as Raizor turns in the direction of some trees.

"You know I felt your presence so come out now" Raizor says staring towards the trees that were moving because of the wind there. Euphi didn't feel anyone's presence until he was shocked when he saw from the trees a figure approaching.

"Of that I am always aware Raizor, but I wanted to see if I could at least surprise you" Says the person who appeared in front of both of them leaving them in shock as they couldn't believe who it was.

"May I know, how the hell did you find me?" Raizor asks him staring at him while standing in front of Euphi who almost doesn't understand the situation since he doesn't know this person.

"A mage never reveals his secrets" The person answers him to immediately attack with a sword to Raizor who dodged the attack very narrowly as he threw Euphi to another side so she wouldn't receive it.

"Fuck, if Roy is here that means they killed..." Euphi said in her mind as she gets up to go help Raizor who kept dodging Roy's attacks who also highlighted the fact that he is wearing a knight armor.

The fight between Raizor and Roy was quite strong compared to other confrontations that our protagonist had throughout his life as Roy moved at the same speed of Raizor something that was almost impossible for anyone.

Raizor tries to escape from the attacks, but always Roy prevents him by attacking him with several swords that some manage to impact against Raizor who is surprised when he feels that he cannot heal with his powers of darkness, but before he can try again the other gives him a kick that makes him retreat.

"If Raizor can't heal, that means Roy has that guy's power for a short time limit" Euphi said in her mind as she approaches Roy from behind since he completely ignored her presence, so Euphi will take advantage of it.

"Checkmate, Roy," Euphi says in his ear before placing her hand on his back.

"Affinity with the wind element: Fierce wind wave," says Euphi, generating a large amount of wind in her hand on Roy's back. He doesn't react in time and ends up being shot away at high speed.

"Raizor, are you okay?" Euphi asks worriedly, seeing that he can't heal the wounds inflicted by Roy, but Raizor doesn't give them any importance and quickly stands up knowing that Roy is approaching again.

"Yes, but I need you to go back to the house and tell Erick to come," Raizor replies as he takes off his jacket, indicating to Euphi that he won't let what happened a few years ago happen again.

"Alright, but don't you dare die, Raizor," Euphi says after kissing Raizor on the cheek, who smiles as he watches her leave.

"You know, I forget that this girl is one you can't ignore because then she surprises you from behind," says Roy as he walks towards Raizor, who turns to look at him squarely.

"I suppose it's time to finish what we started, invincible knight," says Raizor, facing Roy, who smiles because he's finally going to face the most powerful person in the world.

The invincible knight was the only person capable of facing the reaper and not dying, as he has a part of the power of light, giving him some advantage since the reaper's dark powers can't heal light attacks or heal the bearer. Who will win this time?

THE GUYS' HOUSE

Euphi arrived at the house to find everyone except Raizor, which caught her attention since supposedly Emma and Jack weren't supposed to be there for a while. But she completely ignored that and went to Erick's room to talk to him privately.

"What's wrong, Euphi?" Erick asks, looking at Euphi, seeing how agitated she is and also noticing that her clothes are a bit dirty as if she had fought someone.

"Erick, the invincible knight is back and found Raizor," says Euphi after taking a breath and looking at Erick, who is surprised to hear the name of the invincible knight.

"I see, so Roy finally found him," says Erick, rubbing his chin as he sees Euphi looking worried about something she didn't tell him.

"Erick... he has the power of light," Euphi says, looking at Erick seriously, who is stunned to hear that since the last time the person with an affinity for the light element lent some of his powers, Raizor ended up in very bad condition, and now Lena is with them.

"Euphi... take me to them now," Erick says, staring at her, to which she nods, and they leave the house with a last-minute excuse that Euphi came up with.

Meanwhile, the fight between Raizor and Roy was extremely different from before, as Raizor started fighting without holding back, meaning Roy is on the defensive, receiving and blocking attacks that are stronger than before.

Raizor moves at an inhuman speed and lands fifteen blows on Roy, who is sent flying backward while he heals his wounds, as he sees the other approach slowly and then disappear, only to reappear behind him and deliver a strong kick that breaks a rib, causing him to spit blood.

"Does it hurt, huh?" Raizor says as he watches Roy trying to get up, but he can't fully heal yet, realizing that Raizor always holds back no matter who he's up against.

"Yes, but it's bearable," Roy says with a smile as he stands up after healing his wound, but then he is surprised by Raizor attacking at high speed again, leaving him no options to block the attacks, which are somehow stronger than before.

"What's wrong, Roy? Can't keep up with me despite having an affinity with the light element?" Raizor says to provoke him, knowing that Roy's character never changed.

Raizor dodges three of Roy's blows and then lands three punches followed by an airborne kick that sends him flying at high speed. But before he crashes into a tree, Raizor intercepts him, slamming him into the ground and putting his foot on Roy's head.

"What a fool and pathetic you turned out to be," says Raizor after drawing his sword to deliver the final blow to Roy, but he stops before the sword cuts him, then turns around and walks away.

"Why don't you finish me off?" Roy asks as he lifts his head to look at him, but when Raizor turns around and looks at him with pity, something Roy had already experienced once.

"What's the point of finishing off someone who is useless?" Raizor replies before turning around again to leave, but Roy feels him mocking and starts to get angry, causing a great power to awaken within him.

Raizor stops with a smile on his face knowing he managed to make Roy lose total control over himself, showing the true form of a person who is half-human and half-demon.

"Well, I think now I have reason to kill you, Roy," says Raizor as he looks at Roy's horrifying form, who can't speak as he has become a murderous monster without control.

Roy's appearance is now different; his eyes are completely black, his body is covered with tougher skin besides being completely red with scales, but Raizor is not afraid since he knew why they called him the invincible knight.

Roy jumps and appears next to Raizor, who is not surprised to see him there, then blocks his attacks, and Raizor starts attacking him relentlessly again, but this time Roy manages to block the attacks and, in a lapse of concentration, he deals a slash with a sword that appeared out of nowhere in his hand.

"Damn, now I'm really screwed," says Raizor as he backs away, jumping back to heal the wound, but he knows he can't no matter how hard he tries.

Raizor is in trouble because he can't heal, and the wound is quite deep. On the other hand, Erick and Euphi are approaching the area, knowing what's happening. What will happen with this situation?
