Shocked By The Sudden Change In Personality

While Olivia was lost in her own thoughts and the rest were engrossed in a serious conversation, nobody seemed to notice the presence of an individual standing near the staircase. Just as Zara descended the stairs, she caught sight of her two brothers engaged in a deep discussion with their parents about their earlier plans.

Approaching them with a composed demeanor, Zara directed her gaze towards Jack and gently inquired, "Third Brother, the plan you mentioned appears to resemble an abduction. Do you truly believe you could have carried it out properly?"

Once the voice reached everyone's ears, they all fell silent, refraining from speaking a single word. However, Hendry bravely stepped forward, cautiously embracing his delicate sister, Zara, so as not to cause her any harm.

"Welcome home, at last. Promise me you won't leave again," Hendry affectionately whispered, releasing her from his embrace and studying her face. Zara responded with a smile, then turned her gaze towards Jack, raising an eyebrow inquisitively.

Jack was feeling uneasy and avoided making eye contact with Zara. However, Zara persisted in staring at him. Jack reached his breaking point and finally spoke up, saying, "Sister, you know I'm not like that. How could you even think of your third brother in such a way?"

Zara responded, "Oh, really? Then tell me who put that idea in your head. I'll have a word with them." Zara then quietly sat down on the couch next to Hendry, who had a mischievous smile on his face as he observed Jack.

It's simply because the idea wasn't his, to begin with. Therefore, he had nothing to worry about. He was actually quite waiting to enjoy watching everyone getting scolded by his sister.

Zara then looked at Hendry and asked, "Hey, are you really sure you're not part of this plan?" Hendry locked eyes with Zara and said, "I only knew they wanted to bring you back. I didn't expect it to turn into something like an abduction." Hendry's eyes narrowed as he stared at Jack.

Jack turned his head slightly, pretending not to notice the glare. "Plus, you know I always support your decisions. Why would I be part of an abduction plan?" Hendry said, shifting his gaze back to Zara.

Zara glanced at Jack after hearing the words. Jack, who was standing there looking lost, didn't know how to react, but the couple seemed to be enjoying the show. Kylie was thrilled that her daughter had managed to silence the boys with just a few words.

Kylie exclaimed, "Jack, weren't you bombarding me with questions just a little while ago? What's the matter now? Why the sudden silence?"

Jack felt like crying. With his sister on one side and his mother on the other, the situation was only getting more complicated.

This family is truly wonderful! Is there no one who supports me? He gazed at Zara and inquired, "Sister, do you think we can just do whatever we want because we feel like it?"

"No way! That's not possible. We're well aware of that. We just planned this for fun to gather everyone in one place and spend some time with you."

Jack had a sudden urge to change the topic and the atmosphere. Zara, on the other hand, was simply doing it for amusement. Meanwhile, Kylie burst into laughter, joined by Hendry. Jack couldn't comprehend what was so funny as he observed the two laughing individuals.

Kylie chuckled as she noticed the puzzled expression on Jack's face. "Oh, Jack, I had no idea that despite your success in handling those major business deals, you couldn't even recognize a simple joke," she playfully remarked.

Suddenly, it clicked for Jack, and his jaw dropped in realization. He looked at his sister Zara, who was clearly enjoying the moment. Hendry added, "Looks like you've been hoisted by your own petard. You're the one who taught her these tricks, so now you're getting a taste of your own

Jack's face transformed into that of someone who had been deeply hurt. He sat down next to his sister and expressed his disappointment, "Sis, this isn't right. You teamed up with them and left me out. We're supposed to be a team, aren't we? How could you exclude me and join them in mocking me?"

Hendry glanced at his brother's face and heard his words, feeling an urge to push him down and confront him. However, he managed to restrain himself since their sister was present.

Olivia, who had remained silent throughout, was utterly taken aback by the behavior of her family members. Despite Jack and Hendry always being kind and playful with her, she had never seen them reveal such depth side before.

It was as if she had been living with strangers all these years. The moment this girl entered the house, everyone's true colors seemed to emerge. Olivia couldn't help but feel that everyone had been putting on an act in front of her, concealing their true selves.

As she pondered over this, her emotions became jumbled and she felt unsure of how to express herself. However, she was aware that she couldn't lose her temper in front of her family.

With that in mind, she stood up, excused herself, and retreated to her room with Gia. Gia, who had been standing behind Olivia, felt just as bewildered. It was as if she had been transported to a surreal, dreamlike realm that didn't truly exist.

Even after stepping into Olivia's room, Gia still found herself lost in thought about the events that had just unfolded downstairs. Meanwhile, Olivia wasted no time in destroying everything in sight as soon as she entered the room.

As the mansion was equipped with top-notch soundproofing, the chaos inside Olivia's room went unnoticed by anyone outside. Gia snapped back to reality upon hearing the sudden sound of things being smashed.

As Gia glanced around the room, she noticed that all the shattered items were actually expensive pieces that Olivia cherished. Gia felt a twinge in her heart seeing the luxury possessions shattered, even though she didn't purchase them herself.

However, Gia still refrained from intervening. She believed it was healthier for Olivia to express her anger outwardly rather than keeping it bottled up inside.

Hendry and Jack sensed that something wasn't right with Olivia, so they exchanged glances and suspected that something had occurred at home prior to their visit.

Since Zara was still present, they refrained from asking their parents and decided to inquire later once Zara had returned to her room.

While conversing, Hendry pulled out a black card with no spending limit and handed it to Zara. Zara promptly responded, "Second Brother, I still have plenty of money from all of you." She then pushed the card back to Hendry, advising him, "Keep this for yourself and save it for your future wife."
