What is a Mate ?

Everyone is very happy with the Luna.

Everyone was afraid that the Luna is human so, she shouldn't get disgusted or freaked out or something with our rituals.

And Robert did freaked her out with his gift !

Actually, it isn't anything taboo here in pack.

It's a common practice here !

If, any Alpha makes a woman his mate, who is already married to someone else; he needs to kill that man.

And she is gifted with her dead husband's heart !

That's why Robert said rolling Alpha that he is doing what Alpha should have done !

But she isn't used to such things.

She didn't knew something like that was gonna happen and Robert threw that at her face !

But I must give it to her, she took it well.

I mean she DID freaked out, but she didn't ran from the court or didn't puked there !

And according to her, she was glad in a way her husband died !

Now, she isn't sure about, what a mate means ? Nobody can explain it to her better than me !

After the gift ceremony ended, I took her to my chamber again and fed her with the cake and bread with curry.
