The whole of my body shut down at the sudden realization, it seemed time halted and everything was on hold. Yes I had liked J2 for his activeness and commitment to the pack, he seemed to be loyal, committed and very hardworking above all he is very observant but to think he was my father was the last thing that crossed my mind

The J2 I was fond of was the same man that  rejected me as a pup, the same one that neglected Olivia, the same man that laid with Maggi, Olivia's friend, that same man was my mate's beta.

It was a lot to take in, I could not understand, it seemed my soul had left my body and I wished he never disclosed his identity.

"It's just one of your dreams Steph, it's not happening for real, this is not happening" I kept repeating to myself.

Gabriella came in graciously, it was obvious she knew nothing about what was happening that moment but realized it wasn't something palatable from the look on our faces.
