Chapter Eighty-Three: Flight or Fight
Seraphina's POV
It took me a while to process all Elisa had said. Why did she say that like it wasn't a horrific experience? I couldn't imagine how past Luther would feel after realizing he pulled the trigger on his own family—losing parents, uncle, aunt, cousin, and now sister. He might end up killing himself too. Would he be reborn as well? I had no idea how that worked. I knew I had been ignoring the big question of why I got reborn and Elisa followed afterward, but that seemed supernatural.
"I know this is just a stupid dream, but I'd so smack that booger's head when he comes back," Percy said after a while. "That sounds like something he'd do."
I chuckled, watching him storm back to the house. Did Luther already have such poor mental health?
I exhaled. Our past lives were definitely action-filled. We should be giving each other snacks and thanking the Goddess for a second chance to relive all these.
