My life as a kid

Hi I am Vaishnavi and I will be telling you about my life journey as a teenager in school from the beginning of my high school since when I was in 4th grade I never really used to study well I mean like not even a little bit it was to an extent where I got zeros in all my tests and failed miserably a

and my parents had to be called into school to speak with my science teacher at that time, regarding my grades she told them that I should study more and work hard and improve bla bla bla... and honestly, although my father was furious with me that did not affect me much and continued doing timepass and did not study, during these years in my life all I used to do was play all day long and stay outside of my house, and enjoy with my friends and although I never used to study during these times I was very punctual and was better in things that were not related to studies and was disciplined. My teachers were all very appreciative of that but they always told me that I lacked in my studies and had to improve a lot if I ever wanted to get somewhere in life and I still did not bother about it much and did not take it seriously as I was blissful in my own little world but , I really did enjoy my life a lot back then, but at the same time after a while of me enjoying my life as much as I wanted I began taking a notice of all my classmates and friends getting good marks in their tests and this made me feel very insecure about my self and made me realise about my position in my class and how bad I truly was in my studies and helped me understand why I truly never had a 'best friend' in school also focusing on my insecurities made me aware of the talks people had behind my back most of my classmates used to speak nicely to me but then again I also heard the same people who spoke nicely to me say very hurtful things when I wasn't around them I heard them say such things a few times when I was in the bathroom and I began realising that I was an outcast and that studies are really needed afterall for me to get anywhere in life
