chapter 6: #findRoseSmith

"Rose... That name is pretty common I've met like 4 girls with the name Rose" Blake commented while looking confused, "I mean... You could be right" I spoke to Blake looking down in disappointment.

While we both stood in the middle of the pathway not too far from the field Blake grasped my chin with his index finger and thumb tilting my head up to look at him, "hey... Don't be upset.

We've been investing this since 2004... And still nothing, but we have you now" Blake softly spoke.

I looked into his eyes staring deeply into his soul. He's a good guy I know it but I still can't shake off the feeling of liking him this much, the thought made me smile a little still feeling a tiny bit defeated.

"There we go... I was waiting for that smile to come back... I haven't seen you this depressed since I met you in the ambulance" Blake sweetly whispered while moving his hand down from my chin as he turned to continue walking I stopped him by tugging on his deep black t-shirt "you said that you would tell me everything?" I silently asked while I did I felt like my insides were turning into a little ball terrified to see Blake response, but I squinted my eyes as j was confused to Blakes response "hey... Missi I did!" Blake playful spoke I was confused by his comment I expected him to be kicking, screaming, yelling but no.

"well... Blake you told me everything but... You haven't showed me yet" I said while getting closer to him, he raised his eyebrow in confusion.

As we got to the guys apartment Blake stopped me in my path before entering and grabbed my shoulders with both of his hands and placed his chin on his hand, his lips nearly touching my ear as his whispered "I'll speak to Tj he'll come up with something...".

I shivered as I could feel his hot breath on my ear, it put me into a trance while biting my lower lip.

I sighed as Blake shook me out of my trance "Rose!.. Rose!!..." Blake raised his voice a little with each Rose he said "what!!" I yelled back making him jump to my voice, "geez... Go make friends with Anika or something" Blake spoke with a shocked tone. I signed as I saw Blake walk into Tjs room I placed my forehead on the wall next to Anikas room, I closed my eyes with disappointment why do I mess things up and why do I feel like this I whispered to myself, I jumped back in fear as Anika swung open her door "did you say something?" Anika fastly spoke while leaning out of her room "god Anika... I'm not even 20 yet and I feel like your gunna give me a heart attack!" I said while trying to catch my breath as I put my hand on my heart, "wait... How old are you?" Anika questioned as she slowly stepped out of her room. I licked my lips and I took a massive gulp trying to speak as I'm still recovering from the nearly heart attack I had "... 19 why?" I asked while squinting my eyes and shaking my head, I looked up at her. Her eyes were wide her mouth had dropped "you...okay there... Anika?" I quizzed her as I headed towards her "you... Remembered your age!" Anika screamed with excitement "I mean... Yeah I'm the same age as Blake" I spoke while shaking my head "no! No! No!... Blakes 21... Your round about the same age, not the same age!...were did you get 19 from. Because non of us are 19... Mhhh!?" Anika integrated me while moving her head towards me with her eyes wide open as she mumbled the 'mhhh' part.

"I guess... Your right!" I spoke with a high pitched tone, Anika smiled so wide as she screamed again with excitement while gripping on my wrist and yanking my wrist into her room as we entered she slammed her room shut, "you know... I don't think I can keep up with you" I silently spoke as again trying to catch my breath, "... Oh you will... You asthmatic?" she quizzed as she smiled with confusion "no... I don't think so... Its because you scare the living shit out of me!" I yelled using my last breath to get my point across. "so... What we doing?" I questioned Anika while plonking down on her bed "were gunna talk... So did you and Blake find anything?" she quizzed me while shuffling her gaming chair towards me.

"no... Just the same couple again but... We found out they have a daughter called Rose!" I spoke while getting excited but I jumped back as I reacted to Anikas loud gasp as she shuffled back towards her desk "yeah... Yeah! We have their age... Blah blah" Anika whispered loudly, I'm pretty sure she was mumbling to herself but she's super loud so I guess not.

"I've just looked more into the couple... Weirdly how many times I've looked I've never seen this before" Anika spoke as she gestured for me to come towards her. As I kneeled down to look at the computer screen it said on this creepy old article, "as James and May Smith was sadly found buried on the baseback field in 2002, a year later their daughter Rose Smith had gone missing".

"did you know their daughter was missing?" I asked Anika.

Anika shook her head in confusion, "look!" Anika screeched as she pointed to a line on the article.

It read "2004 update as the Mortician worked on the otopsy they discovered that thier bodies have been dead for over a year, there is also so no sign of Rose Smith".

"oh great!" I said while sighing as I looked at Anika her expression said it all she looked like a puppy just died "what's up?" I softly spoke Anika sighed before speaking "I know what you and Blake need to do next... You need to break into the morgue".
