The Promise That Can Not Be Broken

Miku Freecs is the oldest among her quadroplets sisters. She and her sisters were left on the orphanage's gate when they were just 3 months old. However, she only saw two of her sisters since one of them got adopted before she could recognize a face. Miku was then kidnapped when she was 7 by human traffickers and was sold to an underground research facility who also does organ trafficking in Thailand. The research facility is actually a private hospital on the outside world but beneath it lies hell where no sunrays could enter to. Miku was supposed to be one of the guinea pigs lined up to be butchered for quality organs, yet she was kind of lucky. Vivian, the leader of the facility, had somehow liked her that she took her as a child in a peculiar way, saving Miku from death. Vivian then taught Miku how to read in a very cruel way. If Miku would mispronounce a word or has an error in answering Vivian's question, then beating awaits. Miku was also taught how to extract organs from either half alive or freshly died bodies. If she commits mistake, then torture awaits. With Vivian's inhuman way of teaching, Miku is over qualified to be a surgeon and translator at age 17. Vivian then ordered Miku to replace her position as the facility's manager under one condition. Miku should extract the liver, cornea, and heart of the same person within 4 hours without any doctors help. Being the facility's manager equals a little bit of freedom to Miku. Miku who have not felt and seen the sun for almost a decade is more than delightful about this thus she agreed within a blink of an eye. If she becomes the manager then she could step outside the underground facility and truly sits on one of the office in the outside, private hospital.

On the day of operation, she was, terribly, caught of guard. On the operating bed is a young lady who has the same features as hers. The only difference is that the lady on the operating table is healthy looking compared to Miku.
