He closed the gap between them but she hit her toe on the foot of the bed and fell on her back with her hands still tied down. To make things more complicated Ezra leapt out to catch her but in the end, both of them lost balance and fell on the bed.
He fell on top of her and that made the knot on her hands loosened. Her hands get free but then her eyes lock with his.
Her breath hitched when he plucked off the tape of her mouth. She gasped in the air but he pinned her down back on the bed before she could push him.
"Just stay still." His gaze is intense and she didn't realise when his hand moved up and brushes the hair off her face.
She knew that it was a day which she will never forget. The day he proposed to her will always bring a smile to her face. She was struggling to decide if she should stop him or let him do whatever he wants. His eyes completely fixed on her when she witnessed him lowering his head down as his eyes fixated on her lips.
