Zhong Peng was lost in thought. He had been sitting on the large rock for quite some time, processing everything that had happened the day before.
The hunting contest had been intense, and Zhong Peng had found himself in a precarious situation.
He had mistakenly landed himself in the innermost part of the valley, a place where few had ever ventured.
Despite the danger, Zhong Peng knew that he could not turn back.
The cave he had come from was now blocked by two qi beasts, and he knew that they would have regained some of their strength by now.
If he were to attempt to pass through the cave again, he would surely meet a grisly end.
Zhong Peng was not one to give up easily, however, he knew that he had to find a way out of the innermost part of the valley, and he began to plan his next move.
He knew that he could not rely on the map that had been given to him before entering the valley.
