Training With A Sword

"Are you sure?!" Jian Xue wanted to make sure. After all, a note that contained Swordmind was incredibly hard to find or even get. Only a swordmaster, who has comprehended 90 percent of the sword could write with Swordmind.

"Un" Jian Tian nodded, confirming Jian Xue's question. 'Wait, can't I just give it to my mom, since I don't need it?' Jian Tian then took a look at his mother. "Mom, do you want this?" Jian Tian said as he held the yellow note in front of Jian Xue.

"No. You should keep it and use it since it would benefit you the most. After all, my dantian doesn't work anymore" She said with a warm smile.

'She really is a kind woman' Jian Tian could not help but feel a trace of warmth inside his ice-cold heart. "Mom, I want to gain power, but no like this. I want to be like any other child, learning as I go into my adventures and grow up, and not a person who has to depend on someone else to become stronger or else I would never grow as a person. " Jian Tian had to make a white lie up. Otherwise, Jian Xue would have never taken the note.

"B-but--" Jian Xue was about to argue with him that, it was alright to depend on people sometimes. But, Jian Tian had cut her off. "Mom, if you don't want this. I'll burn it."

Jian Tian gave her no choice. If she wasn't going to accept this than a priceless treasure was going to get burned. "I-I'll...take it," Jian Xue said with some reluctance. Jian Xue took the note that contained Swordmind from Jian Tian's hand with some reluctance. But, nonetheless, She sat down on one of the wooden chairs and started to comprehend it.

Seeing Jian Xue comprehending the note, Jian Tian sighed in relief. Jian Tian did not know if Jian Xue was going to accept it even if he was going to burn it. But, after seeing taking it he could not help but sigh in relief.

Jian Tian walked outside into the prairie with one thing in mind; 'Start training!' Jian Tian knew that if he tried to continue his cultivation, his foundations would be all messed up in the future, so he had suppressed the urge to start cultivating again.

'I should probably, start by building my muscles towards the sword' Jian Tian knew that he was only two years old so he had not yet devolved proper muscles to be able to use the sword hence why he suggested to "start building his muscles towards the sword."

And there was only one way to do it; by using the sword! Jian Tian held the ranked 8 spirit sword in front of him and swung horizontally. It was a simple move that every sword cultivator knows how to do, and its the most effective move to start training the muscles to get used to the sword!

After the 100th swing, Jian Tian was already sweating profusely and panting heavily. "Alright, that should be good enough for now." Jian Tian knew, that if he had continued swinging the sword he might have done more damage than good, so he stopped and went inside his house for some water.

*Gulp* Gulp*

After finishing drinking water, Jian Tian wiped himself with a towel and sat down on the wooden chair. Jian Tian couldn't help but, feel that training was kind of fun today.

Jian Tian looked at his wooden ceiling and smiled. He reached out his hand as if he was trying to grasp something 'One day, I'll also become the strongest in this world!' This was Jian Tian's goal and he is determined to achieve this! Even if he had to seal the heavens, or kill the demons in the netherworld! Nothing in the world or even outside the world could stop him from achieving this!

Jian Tian took a look at his mother. Who was still trying to comprehend Swordmind, with a determined look he said to her "I'll heal your dantian as well" Jian Tian was grateful to his mother. She has already taken care of him for the past two years and never once did she complain about having him or blame him for his father's death. She was the kindest woman Jian Tian had ever met and he wanted to pay her back one day.

Jian Tian knew how much his mother had wanted to go back to her life as a cultivator. But, she couldn't because of her shattered dantian, so he decided that when he was high enough in cultivation. He would heal Jian Xue's dantian!

Jian Tian walked into his room and got onto the bed. "Haaah, today was truly tiring" Jian Tian closed his eyes, and soon, he fell asleep.

Jian Tian woke up the next day and felt all of his muscles aching. "Why does a two-year-old have to have such a weak body?" Jian Tian muttered full of pain.

Jian Tian used all of his strength and willpower to get out of bed. He stretched out his body, trying to negate some of his aches. He walked outside and saw his mom making breakfast. "Tian'er, you're just in time for breakfast," She said as she just finished making the last of the breakfast.

She then prepared the breakfast, as he sat at the dinner table. When breakfast arrived before Jian Tian, he devoured it as he was a demonic beast. Jian Tian had not eaten lunch nor dinner yesterday so would blame him for being so hungry?

Jian Tian then started to walk outside to train again, but he was stopped by his mom. "You are not going to cultivate?" She said a bit confused. Most cultivators would not cultivate outside since the weather, humility, and even the wind, could affect their concentration. So, there was almost no reason for them to go out and cultivate.

"My foundations are still trying to stabilize yet. So, I am going to train my sword instead." Jian Tian explained to his confused mother.

"Oh, why don't I help you? I have just comprehended some of the Swordmind." Jian Xue suggested after hearing that Jian Tian was going to train using the sword.

Jian Tian nodded his head. He couldn't just refuse his mother and say that had already comprehended Swordmind, so he had no choice but to accept.
