The Alliance team sandwiched Majorie between them as they ducked into the alley and started circumnavigating the barricade. As they moved through the snake-like pathways, Majorie couldn't help casting his mind back to his induction training as a Planon Alliance agent. This basic training was mandatory for every agent and it equipped them to deal with the usual sorts of threats that they would face in their work. He had sometimes put his combat training to use as an undercover agent. But this experience was altogether on a whole different scale and he couldn't help but wonder if he and this group of agents could cope with it - although they looked very fit and experienced.
For his part, Jackson, the team lead couldn't help but listen to his honed instincts that told him that the net was closing in. Sometimes, listening to his instincts, he would suddenly take alternative back routes that were less likely to be watched.
