Chapter 26: Fluctuations in Immortal Power

After gaining victory in the gray rat's maze, Yun and Ling Shan stood at the exit, their silhouettes elongated by the morning light, exhaustion and joy of victory written all over their faces. The challenge of the labyrinth was daunting, but both of their cultivation and tacit understanding had been significantly improved.

Yun closed his eyes and felt the fluctuation of immortal power in his body, he could feel that his power was stronger than ever. Ling Shan was also quietly cultivating on the side, her cultivation had likewise taken a qualitative leap.

During a late night cultivation session, Yun suddenly felt a strange fluctuation coming from afar. The entrance to the cave was sealed by strange runes which emitted a faint glow and were clearly not ordinary.Yun and Ling Shan glanced at each other and both saw the surprise in the other's eyes. They knew that this fluctuation and this cave were likely hiding new secrets and challenges.
