"You'd think he would have more to say after having everyone wait on his arrival", Alex grumbled quietly. The room was still slowly emptying out.

"What did you want to hear him talk about? It's not like you haven't been searching out every avenue you could ever since you realized you would be coming to the academy", Abitha wondered aloud.

"I know that. But still…I expected more than that brief speech. He's the head of this big institution. He should ultimately have more to say", Alex responded. "It's a bit anti-climatic honestly. Besides, he didn't even introduce any of the instructors to us".
