Sera's thoughts

Without anyone looking, Sera makes it up the treehouse that her dad made for her brother. "Man didn't think there would be so many people..." Sera sighs as she sits down on a tiny chair. She looks outside from a window. Then her eyes look at Carlos, "He has grown quite a lot ever since he was little..."

It's a classroom. Many kids are talking to each other, all except one. That kid is wearing cheap clothing and seems like he's dirty. A girl with a white dress walks to him, "Hello, I'm Sera!" The kid just glares at her and looks outside the window. "What's your name?" The girl asks. It takes a few seconds until the kid responds, "...Carlos." The girl smiles as she sits at a desk opposite of his, "I think we're going to be great friends..." The kid looks at her confused. The girl giggles as the teacher walks into the class...

"What are you doing here sister?" Sera's brother asks her as he gets inside the treehouse. Sera jumps as she looks at her brother, "Thank goodness it's you..." She looks outside the window, "Just taking a break..." Her brother walks to the window and sits down. "If you want, you can talk to him." Her brother looks at Carlos. "Eric, you have much to learn to talk to other people." Sera sighs.
"Well, you seem to have some trouble with Carlos..." Eric looks at Sera with one of his brows up. "And what do you mean by that?" Sera sighs. "Well, both of you seem to be great when paired up..."
"...But there's something missing that seems to be stopping both of you..." Eric continues. Sera looks at Eric with a face of confusion and shock. "Although, I don't know what that is." Eric stands up and heads to the ladder. "But I think it's up to you two to find it, I think."
Eric gets out of the treehouse leaving Sera to her thoughts.
Sera: "What does he mean by up to me and Carlos to find it? But I haven't told him about the dream that I had last night..."
Sera shakes her head and sighs, "I guess I'll have to wait and see, what happens in the future, shall happen in the future..."
