Growing Up

Growing up life was difficult I don't remember much at a young age from what I heard I lived in the streets with my mother at the age of two. There been a man who gave my mother money to get food and a place to stay. Along the way I ended up in foster care and when I was returned to my mother, she lived with her father and I had a younger brother and two younger sisters about three months in my sister passed away RIP Dona Marie. there were rumors that spoke of my sister's passing caused due to neglect we were thrown back into the system once again for a year and a half before they told us my sisters cause of deaths were due to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDs) I was able to return home I looked up the stairs of our new apartment to see my mother and a guy who turned out to be my stepfather there they were expecting another child. My mother had a temper toward me and only me I would get beat on a daily basis she wouldn't stop until she saw blood once again we were removed from the home I was in about eleven foster homes and one group home I was separated from my younger siblings because I was a "mother hen". 13 I returned once again my mother still had her difference with me but now so did my step father one day I saw him hit my mother late at night and I hit him back and that was the last time he hit my mother but now both my parents were hitting me. I had similar problems at school a girl cut my hair in sixth grade I got jump by four guys and also three girls different times teased because I was ugly and dressing like a boy, so all my parents had to do was act like they cared so everything will fall on the fight at school. At 14, I was raped and had my virginity stolen away from me by one of my closest friends someone I grew up with someone, my mother basically raised worst of all my little sister saw me and screamed my mother called the cops without me saying a word that's when I finally had enough I broke mentally and emotionally.
