Inside The Novel (2)

As I had decided to write about what I knew about the book, I decided it would be best to write it in English, so others in the world wouldn't be able to understand it.

After stretching my arms I decided to start writing about this world first.

The world of the novel is called, Mhijar, which in the novel is pretty much just a huge island surrounded by water and that's the whole world, if you were to take a ship and go around the globe you wouldn't find anything other than this island.

But this world is not as simple as it seems, while it holds some medieval characteristics like castles, houses, and more, it also has a futuristic setting to it which contains communication devices, holograms, and a lot more.

The continent is divided into three places, if you were to look at it from a map it would look something like a square divided into three equal sizes, the human side being smaller than the other two.

The world is divided into three factions and as you guessed each of them has its own territory, one for the demons, one for the humans, and one for the elves, dwarves, orcs, and harpies called the Union of the Races, Union for short.

While the common enemy for the whole continent, are the demons, the Union and the humans have not joined hands due to years of trouble with humans kidnapping elves and harpies for their pleasures, and orcs for entertainment as they made them fight each other to the death and dwarves which were kidnapped to steal their technology for human gain, which is the only reason why human technology has advanced so much.

The human territory has 3 cities protecting it which are led by their respective families.

One is the house of Embers who are also the founders of the Embers Academy.

Another is the house of Light which is also the territory closest to the demon realm.

The last one is the house of Seas which borders the ocean and the Union, while the house of Embers is in the middle of both houses and borders the demon realm and the Union.

While the houses are the owners of each of their respective territories it does not mean that they are some sort of duke that have complete control of their territories.

Humans have a system called the Round Table, where all the top 20 heroes, all decide on what happens and what rules are allowed to be implemented. The Round Table is actually more than just the 20 top heroes as it is also the organization that watches over humans and protects the human realm, it is also the place where the protagonist will join.

While one would expect the houses of each territory to have the most authority over the Round Table or humans, with the passing of time it has shown that the power of the houses have actually fallen off and many heroes are ranked above the representative of each house.

Some are even going as far as wishing to abolish the system in which the houses control their territories just because the system is outdated.

In this world there exist, guilds, that are ranked from bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, and finally ruby.

Each rank has its own respective necessities to rank up or even be considered a guild but for the most part, it involves having more than 20 members and having a member be a D ranked hero to be bronze, a C ranked hero to be silver, a B ranked hero to be gold, an A ranked hero to be platinum, a S ranked hero to be diamond and finally a SS ranked hero to be ruby.

There are sub ranks such as SS- which would mean your guild will be diamond and not ruby. Guilds also have to respond to the call of the house in the territory they reside in moments like a war with the demons or the Union, and also have to go around doing quests that the house in charge gives out, this is the same in the central city named Koun, where guilds have to responds to the call of the Round Table while also doing quests that the Round Table gives out.

There are also mercenary groups that have the same ranking system and method only difference is that they are freer with no responsibilities and only need 5 members.

Finally, there is a city in the middle of the human realm that is 5 times bigger than all territories combined making it the center of the human realm, and is also where the most prestigious academy, Embers Academy resides, named Koun.

There are also dungeons, monsters, demon contractors, mystical beasts, and more that are part of the world but I have decided to leave that for later.

After almost 7 hours of writing, I was finally done writing the most important events and what I remember from the novel.

As it was time for dinner I went down to eat with my mom and sister and after finishing I returned to my room to sort out my thoughts.

My character Kei short for Keith is a side character with pretty much no important role in the story apart from recommending books to the main characters.

I also know that this body is quite talented but it would not be enough to keep me safe from the multiple attacks that will be happening in the Academy because the author needed to add some spice to the story.

And even after the School arc ends and the main characters head to their respective guilds and workplaces like the Round Table or become the heirs of their respective houses because who could have guessed, the sons and daughters of each house are the same age and are joining the academy together with the protagonist, there are going to bee multiple events in which they join hands together and fight against evil.

So I thought to myself, with my new ability [Truth Eyes], I should be able to make a mercenary group consisting of characters with great talents that are just extras with no important parts in the story.

This mercenary group would act under me and also be a shadow that helps to protect me while also helping the protagonist when he is in trouble.

This new mercenary group will go by the name "Luminous Shadow", and it will be a secret organization that deals in the black market while also having the front of a mercenary group and helping the protagonist during dire moments.

But I also was too weak right now and my body which is that of a child also doesn't have the greatest capabilities in the world, while I'm quite adept in magic and intelligence as can be seen in my potentials.

I still lacked a lot in terms of stats, as my stats were way behind any 17-year old that will be attending the Academy, and according to the memories of Keith or my memories, it seems that the only reason I was accepted into the academy was because of the D+ intelligence that got me an academic entry, but I'm still gonna need to attend the normal classes and have duels and train my body.

So as of right now, I needed to train my body and try my best is using magic so I can survive the harsh training that will be happening in the academy. While my D+ may not seem anything special, as a matter of fact, not many humans even achieve a level of D- in any of their stats, and only a small number of humans achieve S or even A, which just shows how talented Kei is.
