Announcement

On November 17th, 2031, A grand announcement was made from the Arcadian Government. Chancellor Kingsley had announced publicly that various countries were involved in kidnapping and experimenting on their civilians.

He was sitting in his office as the video was broadcast within the Arcadian Empire, and throughout the rest of the world through media companies. 

"First I would like to announce multiple countries involvement in the kidnapping and experimenting of Arcadian civilians. This action not only infuriates his majesty, but also every single citizen of the Arcadian Empire. We may differ in our ideas, our faiths, and our lifestyles, but we are first and foremost Arcadians. We stand united against this unprecedented violation of our citizens' rights and dignity."

The Chancellor's voice was grave as he paused for effect, his eyes staring into the camera, reaching every Arcadian that was watching. He tapped on his desk lightly, then lifted a sealed folder and opened it.

"There is irrefutable proof in these documents," he continued, holding up several papers that bore the insignia of foreign governments. "Several countries have been conducting unethical experiments on our people, violating every possible human right. If they thought they could do so without consequence, they were gravely mistaken."

He placed the documents back in the folder and put it aside. "But I promise you this: We will not sit by while our brothers and sisters suffer in foreign labs and hidden cells. This is a declaration of our resolve to show the world that we are not to be messed with and to ensure those responsible pay for their crimes."

The Chancellor's tone became steady as he voiced his next words. "Our intelligence agencies are already working tirelessly to locate our missing citizens. And to the countries involved: You have upset a peaceful nation and awakened a force that won't rest until every single Arcadian is safe on our soil once again."

"And for that attack on that Russian lab in Siberia, we were the ones involved and we have discovered some very disturbing information regarding the experiments. So, in response the Russian Federation will be the first nation to be made an example of" The room went silent as Kingsley leaned back in his chair, drawing the broadcast to an end.

Within the Arcadian Empire the Citizens shouted the emperor's name in support and started cursing all the countries involved. As soon as word had spread, the streets of Arcadia filled with fervent citizens. Calls for justice rang through the air as the Arcadian flag and indignant slogans rose high in the sky.

It was a profound sight. Arcadians showed their unity and outrage at the unprecedented violation of their sovereignty. Arcadian news agencies showed images of their indignant countrymen that only added fuel to the growing fire of patriotism.

Images and videos of experiments performed on Arcadian citizens had been leaked to the world. From the language spoken in the videos many had found the words of the Arcadian Chancellor to be true.

News agencies had censored parts of the footage as they displayed on live tv. However, some countries that had control over their media outlets didn't allow such footage to be displayed on live tv.

At the same time, from across the globe, leaders from every country involved huddled in secure rooms. Alarmed by Arcadia's bold accusations and consequent actions, some sought to clarify their positions, while others plotted retaliation. Yet all of them understood the gravity of the situation. The world was on the brink of disaster, with the Arcadian Empire standing proudly at its helm.

At a secluded base in Siberia, within the ruins of what was once a secret lab, Russian officials were scrambling to find answers. Shouting orders, organizing search parties, and examining every inch of the destroyed facility. The cold wind howled through the shattered windows, but their breaths were colder still. A sense of nervous anticipation hung heavily in the air.

Back in Arcadia, a clandestine meeting took place within the Royal Palace. Jarvis sat at the center of the table, surrounded by top military and intelligence officials. They were deeply engrossed in a strategic planning session.

"Your Majesty, the Navy is prepared to blockade the eastern region of the Russian Federation to prevent their fleet from regrouping and giving us the option to launch an amphibious invasion." Reported Armorra who held the position of Chief of the Navy within the Arcadian Empire.

"Good, I expect no less from our Navy" said Jarvis as he turned towards the next person to speak.

"Our plan of attack would be by the sea, so I have coordinated with Armorra to land 50k troops at Vladivostok whenever the time arises. Also, our forces deployed around the world have been put on high alert." Reported Alena who held the position of Major General of the Military. Supporting her would be General Alextra who was the deputy General of the Military.

"Has any nations responded yet to our announcement" Asked Jarvis.

Kingsley as the Chancellor was the one to respond "So far, a few countries have voiced their support and condemned those nations involved, as for where are troops are stationed those countries have not voiced their opinion yet but we have an agreement with them so nothing should happen.

As for the Alliance Members, just as you requested, I have informed them that this war does not require their participation, but we will not stop them from joining. As a result, the Republic of Korea has deployed troops to its border with Russia and the Chinese Empire has done the same thing, India has not said anything on the matter, and we can assume that they will not get involved as well. Emperor Zhao Shui stated that they will stay out of the war for now, but should more countries get involved then they will not hesitate to support us" reported Kingsley.

"Very good, now it is time engage in some aggressive diplomacy" Jarvis smirked at his own statement as aggressive diplomacy often than not meant war.
