Mountain Packs

“Sage, can I trust you to pass on the relevant information to the rest of the pack?” Phoenix asked Sage once the communication stone went dark.

“I will handle it. Are we done for the day?” Sage replied.

“We are done for now. Go get some rest, all of you. We start on the mountains tomorrow.” Winter told everybody in the room. “Phoenix and I will be the first group to go to the mountains. We will be out longer than the rest of the scouting missions, likely two weeks at a time.”

“Who will be with you?” Dracenia asked.

“Angel, Diamond, and Cooper will be with us.” Phoenix replied, putting the others at ease. “It will be the same when we go to the northern packs.” Everybody nodded before getting to their feet and leaving the office. Winter and Phoenix waited until everybody left before Winter spoke again.

“What shall we do for the rest of the day?” She asked him.
