Two protagonists?

A bunch of kids sat around the playground screen. The place was vibrant with colors and sand filled up the huge tab it was placed in. People zoomed on the highway next to the park as others called out to advertise their products. People walked along the sidewalks which were protected by a huge tube and some cars floated above.
"They Aren't even all that!" A young girl complained.
She had dyed pink hair and wore a plaid dress that reached her knees. Her arms were crossed indicating she wasnt a fan of the boys complimenting words.
"Then can you do that?" One of the boys asked her in a mocking manner. "You can't even speak your own home tongue."
"Yeah! Do a heel kick right now." Another Joined in.
"Ugh! If I was their age, I could do that and more! I'm just young right now!" The girl tried to defend her case.
