THIRD PERSON'S POV

"So he left you there..."

"Without a thank you..." Hobi Jimin's best friend known as Hoseok asked on a verge of laughter but trying to hold it in as much as he could and it made Jimin mad "shouldn't have told you." he scoffed with a roll of eyes and sat upright fixing his cloak at the top of his head. "Am serious hyung, at least he should've closed the door, that dumb ass" Jimin was still bitter about it "but Jimin sweetie are you sure your not just angry he left your door open or a hot guy left your lonely a-" Jimin quickly shut him up with a sandwich that they ordered at the local restaurant along the highway. He looked around to see if anyone heard what his stupid friend was saying "shut it" he warned as a blush crept onto his cheeks.

"C'mon Jimin I know how you're down bad to big muscline men and literally weak for them" Jimin wanted the ground to swallow him now because his friend was too loud and speaking shit, well true shit. "Shut it Hobi" he wanted to smack him at this point. Hobi was laughing at Jimin for almost what? thirty minutes now, he can't believe his friend met a weirdo who he can't stop thinking about. "Ok fine fine I'll stop" he quickly composed himself when Jimin gave him a hard glare that clearly dug holes in his skull.

Jung Hoseok has been with Jimin literally since young age, they knew each other since forever and became best friends when they were still neighbors until his grandfather told Jimin there was something urgent and needed to move out asap and they separated then but still kept hanging out together and their friendship never wevered at all. Hobi is his ride or die and he's the least person he would turn to even if he's annoying sometimes but he's a good listener.

"So what now?" he asked turning serious and Jimin adjusted his cloak yet again looking around "is it that bitch Taemin still looking for you?" Jimin nodded while sighing "he almost got me yesterday but I managed to run away and then met him...." Jimin replied "seriously what is his problem?" Hobi spat just thinking about him "you know grandpa owed them money and they would want it at any cost" Jimin sighed again "but....." Hobi didn't know what to say else and sadden Jimin reminding him of his dead grandpa so he just kept quiet about it.

"By the way how are you doing, since three months now we haven't met?"Jimin changed the subject and Hobi was glad to. "Oh have I told you yet the boss was pleased with my work and soon I feel like they would give me a bit higher position" Hobi sounded excited as he spoke about it and Jimin was glad and also happy for him. He knew his struggles when they lived together, all Hobi wanted was to feed his family since they made a little from the farm lands he wanted to do better and with a few years of hardwork he got an office job that paid well for the meantime he was glad about it and also was a dance teacher because that was his hobby and he was happy to have time for it.

Though Busan was just a little town he had bigger dreams for seoul a big capital city he ever wished he could go to and his almost archiving that. "Too bad you wouldn't wanna go" Hobi pouted as Jimin chuckled at him. "I'll be alright here....." he pointed around him. First the restaurant they were eating in was barely existing it was almost in shambles but still managed to survive though an earthquake would completely ruin it. The town was also barely developed, roads with lots of ditches and the network wasn't working at all explaining why Jimin doesn't even have a phone because he doesn't feel a need for it. Let's say it wasn't any different from a village and people still wore cloaks and not modernized clothes they still lived in the 70s.

But Jimin wore a cloak because he lived half of his life hiding from his grandpa's debtors so he got used to it unlike Hobi who was dressed in a suit, the company who actually provided it, it was the only successful company around here and anyone who works there is actually lucky.

"This is what you call alright?" Hobi spoke up with a frown, his best friend never really changed, he was still old style fashioned "I can't convince you can I?" he asked defeatedly and Jimin nodded with a sad smile 'i have a lot to discover about me' Jimin thought to himself silently. "But I won't stop trying" Hobi spoke up again with new energy and brightness telling Jimin this won't be the last he would convince him.

"So what next?" Jimin took out the golden sun necklace and laid it on the table "I need money do you think I should sell it?" Jimin pondered on the thought. He knew it was a bad deed, selling off someone's property is like stealing from them. "Are you sure about it?" Hobi asked after having read his mind, he was like an open book to read. "am sure he won't come back let alone remember where the cabin is, he literally is mad" he defended and Hobi gave him these looks of 'i know you too well'.

"I don't think you should actually shove it away like that" Hobi clarified and Jimin felt guilt eating him up for even thinking like that, "but I won't even stop you, so do what you think is right" he added with a smile and Jimin smiled back while taking the necklace and keeping it deep within his pockets.

"Chim I gotta go my sister said to pick her up later from the saloon" Jimin nodded while standing up himself "I was about to go on an errand too" Hobi paid for the barely tasteless sandwich and hugged Jimin before himself walking off while Jimin looked around himself knowingly and walked off too.

On his way to the market he can't help but think to himself about his situation right now. It wasn't a few months before his grandpa told them to move and a few days prior to his death. "Why are we moving?" Jimin remembers asking that day "I have been building up this cabin in the woods we won't have to pay rent and it's beautiful you will love it" a reply he got back and he didn't question further.

Months later his grandpa was coming back with bruises and limping but would always shrug it off and tell Jimin it was nothing but Jimin wasn't liking his state, he was too old for this. Later he had to learn it from his Grandpa's friend that he was in a debt and he wasn't able to pay it off in time. But unfortunately he got to learn it late and his grandpa was too old, his body couldn't take the beating, leading him to his death. Jimin swore that one day he'll get back at those bastards and wouldn't spare them.

Jimin halted in his steps and looked further to him there was standing a jewelry shop they kind of buy and sell all jeweleries and Jimin sighed "whatever, am going to sell it" he said with a finality in his voice while making his way to the shop, an older man was selling some jeweleries to a customer with this creepy smile on him Jimin knew there was something definitely off of him but he walked over there never the less.

"Yes how may I help you?" the older man asked and Jimin wanted to get this done and took the necklace out showing it to him "how much?" the older man had a glance at it with a thinking face and called his wife to take a look too. Jimin scoffed the moment the price wasn't to his liking literally a quarter of its value "no" he right away refused and the two couples seemed to panic they surely wanted it. "Ok fine twice the price I just told you" that means only half of its value, Jimin was still unsatisfied. "Look here kid, you want the money or not" they were getting bitter about it and Jimin scoffed, of course he wanted the money so he accepted the given price and handing them the necklace.

"Oh my God it's pretty, let's sell it 10x its value" the couple whispered among themselves and laughing like maniacs like they just won a trophy. Jimin had a smirk on him with a scoff as he walked off "now you see it....." he looked back at the overly happy couple "now you don't..." and he disappeared in the crowd finding himself a spot where no one could see him. He checked in his pockets and took out the necklace eyeing it "am not stupid to give you out" he smiled and placed it back just then there was a commotion not far from him.

Jimin quickly ducked behind a building and watched with keen eyes at what was happening, he knows better than to be close over the crowd after all he was caught once there by Taemin. "thief, he's a thief....!!" Jimin heard a man scream at the top of his lungs while four guards had caught this 'thief'.

Jimin knew he shouldn't be here now that he saw Taemin's men lingering around, he knew they were sent for him it was obvious and he's not curious to stay here any longer. He stood up and tried walking away stealthy disappearing into the crowd until his eyes met the thief. He widened his eyes like plates to see who it was "Jungkook!" he whispered to himself..
