The Monstrous King and his sweet Evil Queen

In the mysterious realm of Kalvon, where shadows whispered tales of Kings and Queens, none were as infamous as King Jetaime. Whispers echoed through the cobblestone corridors and darkened chambers of the palace, painting a macabre portrait of a heartless sovereign scarred by the cruelty of fate. His legs, so the tales spun, were lifeless appendages, and his face, a grotesque canvas of boils. His was a visage that struck terror into the hearts of those who dared imagine it. Yet, destiny took an unforeseen turn on the eve of a grand wedding night. Princess Jaelyn, cursed and hidden away within the confines of Malavon Castle, was the unwilling pawn in a malevolent game of power. Her name, synonymous with evil, and her every step marked by the devil's touch. However, as she stepped into the grand hall to meet her monstrous groom, a man emerged before her, shattering the grotesque image painted by gossip. King Jetaime stood not as the rumored monster, but as a vision of unexpected sweetness, love, and undeniable handsomeness. The discrepancy between the tales and the reality sparked a whispered question in the minds of those who witnessed this surreal union — had she unwittingly married an imposter, or were the rumors nothing more than twisted fragments of a darker imagination? As King Jetaime and Princess Jaelyn embarked on their tumultuous journey, the chessboard of power and revenge unfolded. Locked in a dance of secrets and hidden motives, the two found themselves entangled in a love that defied the expectations set by the world. The King, who had never allowed anyone close, now placed his heart willingly in her hands. Princess Jaelyn, driven by the flames of vengeance, found an unexpected ally in the man she was supposed to despise. Together, they navigated the treacherous waters of courtly politics, facing a power struggle fueled by conspiracies that threatened to tear them apart. In the battle between love and destiny, the question lingered like an ethereal mist — was their connection a mere human maneuver or a divinely fated love? As the story unfolded, the narrative wove a tapestry of twists and turns, challenging the very essence of their existence. Could love truly conquer all things, or were some cases destined to be eternally hopeless? Two empty hearts, two lives devoid of love, collided in a dance of darkness and light. A monster king and an evil queen united to become one, their journey unfurling like a forbidden scroll. The world watched with bated breath as the saga unfolded — a tale of love, betrayal, and the relentless pursuit of a destiny that defied the predetermined life. Cover by Java graphics.

Warriors train

Lyn was dressed up and ready to go to the training ground where Jetaime and his men were training.

Jetaime prepared suitable clothes for her, a tight black shirt and a pair of black pants and boots. "You look amazing," one of the maids said as Moesha smiles, she agrees.

"These kinds of clothes are not fit for women but, I must admit you look elegant in them," Madam muttered with a satisfying smile.

"Thank you, they are quite comfortable and I love them very much. I will rather prefer this than all those hideous gowns," Lyn grins, as she looks around. She picks up the candy she left behind last night and gave it to Moesha.

"Take this, thank you for saving me yesterday and please you're not my shield you don't have to protect me," Lyn hissed holding her hand.

"I will do it again always. You don't have to thank me. But thank you, I know the King gave you this," Moesha was glad, she never doubt the queen's genuine love towards her for a second so she was grateful she thought of her.

"Okay, shall we go now?" Lyn said ready to go, Madam Yina insisted she finished her breakfast. She hated the fresh milk because she wasn't used to it but Madam Yina made her drink all of it. She took her medicines as well ready to leave.

"Wait, I don't see Pana anywhere? That's quite unlike her?" Lyn smiled looking around if she will see her.

"Um.." One of the maids muttered.

"What is she sick?" Lyn was suddenly concerned as everyone wasn't quite sure how to break the news to her.

"She was killed in her sleep last night," Moesha mumbled nonchalantly.

"What! By who? How?" Lyn asked feeling sad and in shock.

"By Consort Suva's maid, it turns out I was right, she was her spy and she did all those bad things to you. You should listen to me more often my intuition never lies," Moesha said again not apologetic, in fact, she thought she deserved it. She took a bite of the candy the queen gave her and she loved it, she won't take her eyes off it and couldn't stop smiling either.

"What! A spy?" Lyn was shocked, Moesha warn her about her but she had faith in her. She was such a nice cheerful child. She enjoyed having her close to her. Lyn couldn't believe she was gone.

"That's okay, your highness, we were all wrong by her," Madam Yina muttered though she had her suspicious of her.

"Please make sure she gets a proper burial and her family taken care of," Lyn said sadly, after the short time she got to spend with her she really liked her. She wanted to do something nice for her in return.

"You are so kind, your highness. I will take care of it. You just go have fun and try and forget about last night," Madam Yina muttered touching her hand. Even though no one told her what happened she knew something did happen. Lyn nods her head. Outside Byron and a few guards were waiting to take her to the training ground.

Byron smiled when he saw her, the queen was looking incredibly gorgeous in the outfit. Well because men of War are attracted to ladies that look ethereal and yet fierce at the same time.

Everyone couldn't help but stare at her, the training ground is usually filled with men and men, and here comes a gorgeous woman of course they will stare.

Jetaime had a chair prepared for her, only Moesha was allowed to accompany her. Lyn took her seat and watch on with keen attention. Just an amount of violence will make any lady cry or shut their eyes, but not this one. At that point, the men earn her respect.

She was no ordinary queen. She is the epitome of beauty but with a fierce attitude that made the men bow down to her with respect.

Jetaime was fighting three of his best warriors at the same time.

With one swift move, he threw away the sword of one of the warriors making him eliminate from the fight. Now two warriors were circling him, they have watch him fight and know his moves. They were trying to create confusion in his mind, but they knew very well confusing the monstrous king was tough as dividing the sea. Impossible!! He was the god of war and has a supreme state of mind which never diverted. Jetaime had his eyes on his targets like a hawk.

Just to try their luck they attack him at the same time, he dodged both of them effortlessly, and with just a single swing, both swords were down. They knew they could never defeat him but at least tried to match his energy but there were nowhere close.

Lyn was observing everything from afar and had a proud smile on her lips. Jetaime looks in her direction and smiles back, it's not usual for a girl of her age to choose to watch a fight instead of picking jewelry and expensive luxuries of the world.

"Nice, you deserve the title of the monstrous king, I suppose you earn that name on the battlefield. " Lyn said getting up from her seat and walking towards the arena.

"Your grace, your grace," Byron tries to stop her, aside from the arena being filled with sand and she could get dressed tired or probably stumble and fall.

Jetaime raises his hand asking Byron to let her. Lyn smiled as she approached the arena.

"So, will you like to play around?" Lyn smirks asking the king to fight her. She was determined to learn a thing or two from him but she couldn't ask him to teach her.

"What! You want to fight me?" Jetaime finds that amusing and a turn-on at the same time. He couldn't stop smiling.

"Well, I can't match up to your level but I bet I could keep you on your toes," Lyn mumbled with a smile.

"Fine!" Jetaime agreed without hesitation, Byron found the idea so wrong. Jetaime swings his sword to one of the guards as they bring them two pair of wooden swords the newbies use to practice. Lyn wanted to swing a real sword which made her slightly disappointed but it was okay.

She jumps into the arena taking the wooden sword from the guard. It was a rare sight for people to see the queen holding a sword and rare to see the king grin and smile.

"It seems she is not new to this?" Byron whispered with his eyes glued on the couple.

"She looks good doesn't she?" Moesha said with a grin, ignoring Byron and taking a little bite of her candy, it wasn't just a candy to her, it was her first candy and a gift from the queen. She cherishes it. She wishes for it not to finish, she can't stop eating it either. I guess the say 'you can't eat your candy and still keep it or something like that now makes sense.
