"Beep beep... beep! ", the phone rang.

Yi Liu moved a bit, she was still asleep.

The phone rang again and again.

She reluctantly got up. Grabbed the ringing phone and looked who was it.

It was Ruan Qian.

" Why is she calling this early? ", she pick up.

" Sister, are you on walk. Did you talk to him? "

This annoyed the hell out of Liu, taking a deep breath,

"No, I just woke up"

"Please inform me when you meet him", and the call was cut off.

" This brat! Ordering me around", stood up but slouched down, " Uh, headache ".

She laid down on her bed and looked at her phone. There were so many messages from Ruan Qian.

" I am gonna block her after this", she said falling asleep.

"Liu!"

Then a truck appeared.

She suddenly got up.

"Not again... this headache too. I could have skipped school if it weren't  for the practical for my external score".

[At school]

"Yi Lui, someone from the senior class told me to give this confession letter to you".

" Wow, it's the six time this week, you are popular, Liu ", Xu Minyu who sat near her.

" Thanks, but please return it to the person", looked up politely to decline.

"That girl, she didn't even open it".

" Who? Must be someone with eyes, who can reject someone as popular as you, Gu Zian", one answered.

There was also Yu Ryu who sat in silence, absorbed in a book. Yes, it was Ryu's class. And Gu Zian was one of his friend.

"Of course, the new transferred student, Yi Liu. Wait! Are you lowkey roasting me? ", Gu Zian.

Hearing Yi Liu,

" Good ", Yu Ryu.

" ? ", Gu Zian

"When did you even confessed to her? I didn't know", Yu Ryu glared at him.

" Today... Didn't you not care about stuff like this? Actually I don't want to go out with her. I was trying out as she is very popular ", Gu Zian surprised.

Meanwhile,

"You don't look good", Xu Minyu.

" Just an headache ", spaced out.

" Ok, then come. Let's go the book cafe near our school which recently open. I heard it's nice and calming there ".

Yu Ryu was going through some art collection. Then, he heard a familiar voice and looked up.

" It's sure is calming here", Yi Liu as she entered.

Yi Liu looked around where she met Yu Ryu's eyes. He smiled at them in way of asking them to sit down with him.

Xu Minyu, " Isn't that Phaidon's newest art collection? "

"Yes, you could look if you want. "

"It's so nice of you", Xu Minyu sat down looking at the book followed by Yi Liu.

Yi Liu took a breathe and looked at the busy road.

At extent, she looked tired and pissed which Yu Ryu also saw.

Again, her phone showered with notifications.

" What a mess have dragged myself into due to my laziness! ", said to herself taking up the phone to read.

The server came out to take order.

Yu Ryu looked at Xu Minyu asking her what she wanted.

"Café au lait. "

"Caffé Americano, café au lait and white Mocha Frappuccino. "

Yi Liu was still on her phone. She was thinking of finishing what kept bothering her. It's been a week of continually nonsense from Ruan Qian, she was mired up.

" Ok, come to the ground behind the café near school after 15 mins".

She put down her phone and saw the drink already in front of her.

"When did I ordered it? ", surprised as she wasn't sure she forgot due to the bothering headache.

" I ordered it", Yu Ryu answered calmly.

" How did you know I like white mocha Frappuccino? Anyway, thanks".

A while later, they were about to leave.

"Minyu, you go first. I have something to do".

" Ok, it's so. Then, I take my leave ", left and so was Yu Ryu.

" Mr. Yu, wait. Could come with me to the ground", it was quite visible that she was in stress.

He looked at her with questions and nodded. They went there and saw Ruan Qian with big smile on her face at a distance.

Yi Liu turned at him, " I agreed to help Ruan Qian in pursuing you. She like you a lot and....accept her....", as she thought what to say and her headache worsen.

" What's the meaning of this?! "

" Sigh! Like I said, she likes you so, date her ", tired.

Her mental stress was causing her to get angry and short minded. She felt drowsy as she was about to faint.

Yu Ryu's face was completely down. His voice came out shaky,

" Liu, did you really forgot me, our past? Was my love nothing to you? Did you forget the promise we made under the willow tree?! "

"Please, what are you even saying?? Why are you making up pointless stories? Stop spouting nonsense.... don't keep bothering me, it really disgust me", she said irritated.

Actually, she meant the last line for Ruan Qian which she accidentally said to Yu Ryu.

Yu Ryu was shaken at what she said.

"Liu,.... I... I meant, its nothing", he was heart broken that tears almost rolled down but how could he show it to her who didn't know anything and felt disgusted at him.

She glanced at him. She was really surprised. Her heart was really aching.

" Making Ruan my girlfriend, is that all you need? Fine, I will do it if it satisfies

you ", said with a bitter smile. He turned and walked towards Ruan Qian
