Furnace, the General of Re-Corp's second legion, was born on a planet most would consider Hell. Something his critics still use as an insult to his title today.

Furnace was added to the cauldron of hired "employees" when RE-CORP was fighting a war against rather... "persistent" organics. Needless to say, we won that war. Afterwards, he was promoted, and although it would take many more battles to get to where he is now, that's what set him on the course he's on.

But soon, that course shall... "take a detour"
