The Dragon Blood Unit

Lorraine saw news broadcasted; eight hundred years of the Butterfly unit had vanished in one day. Not only two of the second in command was killed, their intellectual brain's central memory was taken. Many black marketers could be exposed.

Lorraine thought of blood stain on Consul's boots. Those who came for his assassination, he came to destroy theirs.

On the way Lorraine went back to district 1's castle from the training ground, she saw a one-meter tall wild cat carried a shiny ball up the hill and disappeared.

Not long the ball was thrown down. Unexpectedly when the wild cat got the ball again, it didn't ran up the hill but ran into Lorraine instead.

Lorraine's heart skipped a beat and decided to run away, and the cat thought that she's playing with it.

Zi Yan on his flying car passed by and wished Lorraine a nice time and flew away. Lorraine couldn't do anything but cursed him and decided to run up to the mountain peak where it's master should be there.

The flying car stopped in front of Consul's castle.

Consul leaned his back against a huge oak tree. He sat on the grass and watched quietly down the hillside.

Zi Yan jumped out of the flying car and looked over at Lorraine and the wild cat running upwards the hilltop one after each other in distance, "That thing in lynx's mouth...couldn't it be the thing that keeps the entire interstellar from sleeping well?"

Consul said flatly: "Yes."

Zi Yan whistled frivolously: "You really know how to play!"

Lorraine was short of breath once she passed a bush and saw Zi Yan and Consul.

Bastard or a masked man, which one to choose?

Lorraine forced herself to dash to the masked man's side and the wild cat that followed closely behind her also came over.

Zi Yan tried reached out his hand to take the ball in the wild cat's mouth.

The wild cat nimbly dodged away, arched its back and glared at Zi Yan. It gave out a 'hisses' warning sound.

"Good cat, I'll give you something more fun to play." Zi Yan took out a few tarot cards to coax the wild cat.

The wild cat ignored him. It gracefully walked to Lorraine's side and rubbed its head against Lorraine's leg.

Lorraine was too scared to move and pitifully looked at Consul.

Consul said: "It's pleasing you. You pat it on the head and give it your hand."

Lorraine slowly stretched out her hand and lightly patted on the wild cat's head. She opened her palm.

The wild cat placed the ball in her palm and purred in satisfaction. It laid down next to Lorraine's feet.

Surprise appeared on Zi Yan's face: "What kind of drug did you feed the lynx?"

Lorraine was still trembling with frightened, but she was able to beat this bastard Zi Yan, so she immediately stood up: "Some people's moral is so bad that cats don't like and dogs don't love."

Zi Yan sneered and wiggled his finger: "Give me the information's memory."

What? This was the thing in the news that made many people sleepless? Lorrain raised the ball in her hand and looked at Consul in doubt.   

Consul nodded, and Lorrain threw the shiny ball to Zi Yan.   

Zi Yan spun the ball on his index finger: "Take this thing to go fishing, will it be suitable?"   

Consul said indifferent: "The fish hide deep, how could we not use some tempting bait?"

Lorraine felt as if she had heard something she shouldn't have and was about to say goodbye, then Anda hurriedly ran over from the castle: "Consul, there's important news."

"What?"   

Anda pressed on his personal terminal and the interstellar news that was being broadcast was projected in the air.   

It was a press conference.

The host said excitedly: "The Dragon Blood unit had dominated the top most powerful interstellar mercenary force for many thousands years, longer than the history of many star nations. Regardless of the mighty tyrant star nation or the independent interstellar space pirates, all don't want to directly confront the Dragon Blood unit. As we all know, the Dragon Blood unit is not only the most elite unit in the interstellar, but also the most mysterious unit in the Interstellar. Up until now no one has seen the leader of the Dragon Blood unit before. But today, which is now, the mysterious leader of the unit will show up..."   

The host began to present the past glorious achievements of the Dragon Blood unit.

Zi Yan said with a smile: "It is indeed very mysterious. The Federation's information database also never has this dragon's head identity data."   

The host's endlessly chattering voice was suddenly cut off and a press platform appeared on the screen.   

Simple and classic with no unnecessary decoration, only the background was a bit special. In the middle was the animation of ngc7293 moving nebula, in the emptiness around that nebula was two long dragons hovered, two head raised and roaring counterpart as if they smoked out the clouds and mist that formed the ngc7293 nebula.   

Two people appeared on the press platform. One was a tall and sturdy man with a gloomy look, and the other was a gorgeous woman with fair skin and hot sexy figure.

The man said neither fast nor slow, "I'm Char, the leader of the Butterfly unit. Because the Butterfly unit was severely attacked, the Butterfly unit now announce to voluntarily joining the Dragon Blood unit."   

The gorgeous woman smiled and said: "I am Ci Mei of the Dragon Blood unit. I am commanded by the unit leader to announce the following statement to the entire Interstellar: From today on, the Butterfly unit will be taken over by the Dragon Blood unit."   

Leader Char said: "The Butterfly unit was severely attacked by an unknown organization, but the unit's central intellectual brain information memory is very secure and was not stolen. Now it is handed over to the Dragon Blood unit for safekeeping."   

Ci Mei respectful said: "On behalf of the Dragon Blood unit, I solemnly warn the organization who attacked the Butterfly unit, do not spread false rumors to confuse people. And I also hope that people will not believe their mudslinging with sinister motives false news..."   

Lorraine automatically turned to look at Consul and Zi Yan. One of them was a forever expressionless masked face, and the other was a forever grinning bastard face. They didn't seem to have much reaction.   

Zi Yan tossed the ball in his hand: "Could it be that this is a fake one?"   

Consul said indifferent: "If it is fake, there is no need to go that wide with the press conference."

Zi Yan smiled and praised: "Dragon Blood unis is so exceptional! Now the real is fake. No matter what news comes out, they can all claim to be mudslinging with sinister motives."   

Char and Ci Mei stepped out either side respectfully. A man wearing golden dragon scale armor and dragon head helmet appeared suddenly. He stood between the heads of two giant dragons, behind was the magnificent nebula, as if imitating a majestic God of War standing on the horizon.

The leader of the unit stared forward as if looking at some certain specific person: "I am the leader of the Dragon Blood unit. If you want the information inside it, come to find me!"   

He raised his metal-wrapped hand, on it was a shiny ball.   

Zi Yan feared that the whole world would not stir in chaos so he added more flame: "Consul, he is provoking you."   

Lorraine was as if abruptly struck by lightning, her ears heard thunder, and her heart beating a drum.   

This voice, this voice...   

She had forgotten where she was. Her head frantically thought of one crazy thought. After all was it him or not?   

Zi Yan and Consul both noticed Lorraine's strangeness.   

Zi Yan said "stop" and the video stopped abruptly. The unit leader of the Dragon Blood unit froze midair, made it look like he had fixed his eyes on them in front of the video.   

Lorraine did not respond as if her soul had been taken away.   

"Princess." Zi Yan patted her shoulder.   

Lorraine was scared that she unconsciously trembling backwards but tripped over the wild cat at her feet and fell down on the wild cat's back.   

The wild cat turned its head and opened its mouth, making a not happy sound 'growl'. But Lorrain completely forgot to be afraid and go as far as to use the wild cat's head to push her up and stood.   

Her face was pale. She smiled and said, "I was watching attentively. You suddenly made a sound, scared me to jump."   

"Really?" Zi Yan rarely said words without mocking.   

Lorraine's face had returned to normal, curtseying to Consul: "I should go back. Thank you for your hospitality."
