"Dassen." Adeline said with relief in her voice. She was shocked that they were here but she was also happy. Adeline reached in her pocket and pulled out her phone, she moved away from the dead man in the hall. She thought she would be more upset, and maybe the shock would settle shortly but all she could think about was how easy someone like him would kill someone like her. There was the sound of sirens heading toward them.
"We have already called authorities Adeline Lewis told her." She handed her phone to him as he glanced back to where Tobby was with James who was barely hanging on. Lewis was barely holding his anger in. A good man was laying near death all because of this back stabbing piece of shit. He really did want to shoot Regis.
"No, I have some of our conversation recorded." Adeline stated and Lewis looked at the phone and then took it. He just gave a nod, Regis looked at her and then to the dead man. A dark look in his eyes.
