Chapter 64: He's tossing away the woman of my dreams.
Lance Everdale
He waited outside of her school. Obtaining her information is as easy as putting the thread to a needle. As long as you know how to bend it to your favor, you will succeed in getting what you want.
He rests his back against the stoplight pole. Parking in front of the gate will certainly attract attention. Putting distance is the best choice, it seems.
He caught sight of her long ivory hair. Hiding her face beneath those long bangs, he's not sure if she's trying to scare someone off or just want to be left alone. Torn between the choice of whether he must approach her or not, his feet move by themselves and sprint to her side.
When she saw him coming she flipped and smacked him with her handbag.
"Ouch." The hit was clean. He can literally see shimmering stardust dancing between his eyes.
"So - sorry, I - I" she backed away and attempted to run. But he caught on her arm before she could flee.
