The next morning, Natalia came to the hospital before going to the office. When she walked inside the ward, she noticed a doctor peeling the plaster off Elias's legs. The doctor gave her a quick look before returning to his job.
Elias smiled at her and mouthed, "Good morning."
"Good morning," Natalia mouthed back, sitting down on the sofa.
Elias cautiously attempted to stand once the plaster was removed. When he was able to stand on his own, he beamed. "Thank you, doctor."
"You're doing well, Elias." The doctor smiled as he tapped his shoulder. "There are some tests that need to be done. Then I will discharge you."
"Alright."
The doctor nodded at Natalia and left.
