Alvara POV

The next morning I woke up in my room with a massive headache. I stood up almost stumbling back on the floor I had drank way to much last night .. " We have to check Maggie .." My mind begged .. I missed her to much Ronin was just the collateral damage he wasn't supposed to die that day it shouldn't have happened the way it did .. " That bitch of a Queen killed him we need to go back to the kingdom we have to make a plan ! " I groaned " I need to go back .. " I stumbled to the kitchen drinking water to sober up a little then I got dressed in a black spaghetti strapped shirt and jeans .

I went to the mirror all I could do was stare at the girl looking back at me .. I looked nothing like how I did in the kingdom ..I scoffed grabbing my things shoving it into the back of my trunk . I drove straight to Ronins house and knocked on the door no response ... no response the second time .." What do you want .." I turned around to a knife being put to my throat .. and I groaned feeling the blade press into my skin feeling a small stream of blood run down ... I looked at Maggie .. she looked exhausted like she could fall asleep any second ... she presses the blade more on my neck .." What do you want h-haven't you done enough .." She looked at me and my mind went blank..I just stared at her beautiful blue eyes .. I leaned against the door ." Hey Mags " I spoke out , she pressed the blade more " Don't call me that you don't get to call me that .." she spoke more her hair was messy and her voice was hoarse I could clearly tell she hadn't drank anything or even eaten for that matter .." Maggie please.." her hands were trembling ...she had tears in her eyes it made my heart pound in my chest ... I hurt her something I promised never to do ." Y-You killed him .. " Her voice broke as tears ran down her face " Maggie I'm so sorry ...I'm so so sorry " She broke down in tears dropping the hunters blade .. she sobbed in my arms " H-he's dead ! Ronins dead ..." She sobbed more and more for what seemed like hours ...." Come on let's go .." I tried to take her to the car she just yelled at me " No! I'm staying I'm not going anywhere with you !" I sighed , I knew she wouldn't trust me for now "Do it the only way you know how .." I walked up to her and threw her over my shoulder carrying her to the car she screamed " Let me go !" She screamed like a child throwing a tantrum . So I tried putting her seatbelt on and she squirmed so much .. she just kept screaming " No! No ! No !" I climbed into her lap covering her mouth looking at her " Please Maggie ..just please " i pleaded ... she had a power over me not a power Maxwell nor Ronin ever had " Please.." I begged once more .. she stayed quiet . Getting off her lap I put a blanket over her and gave her some water and food. Then I just started to drive " Maggie me and Ronin aren't from here " I started to confess .. all she could do was listen " We live in Kingdom called Thera .." I gulped I knew I would have to tell her about my past too .." I grew up in the woods .. I fought I was bruised beaten by whatever was out there ." I knew it would be better to tell her the whole truth .." Ronin and I met when we were around 15. I was in a war from when i was 14 until i was 17 ... " She turned to me " You went to war ?" I nodded " Yes ..I'm a Pyromancer hybrid the only of my kind .. I have pyromancer abilities and many other things .." " There's this magic border that can take you to our world .. once you cross it.. we'll no person from your world the modern world has ever crossed over to Thera " She slowly dozed off to sleep and I continued the rest of the story .. eventually we were at the magic border part of me was scared that this would cost be so much but .. it was for Ronin and for me ..it was for my parents and the pain his parents felt when he died .. and so I drive right into the border . The car became a carriage .. our clothes didn't change .. we made it back in front of the castle . The guards hugged me and Maggie watched" We thought you would never return " The guards spoke .." Well I did .. so we're is the Queen ? " The guards led me to through the castle and they took Maggie to a guest room I looked at the walls and glass it all still looked the same the marble floors the paintings the art .

I was home ....
