Celia shook her head slightly and sighed. "I'll be fine, husband." she said drily.
"Fetch me…something to eat then. I'm h-hungry."
Lucas gave Tobin a quick, shocked glare. He was obviously surprised to hear the young prince order his wife around as rudely as if she were a chambermaid.
Clearly, he didn't know Celia was quite used to it and had stopped caring.
"Husband, I'm not sure that food is a good idea right now." She kept her words mild. "I think you're best off just going to bed and sleeping this all off."
"I didn't ask for…your views, Celia. I told you…I want food. Sister!" he snapped as he looked at Sarai. "Help me to my feet since I can't seem to rely on my own wife for anything."
With a grimace, Sarai moved closer to the couch and tried to help her brother rise by pulling him up by his hands.
