Chapter Nineteen

The female teacher wearing Jedi robes walked over to each student individually and helped them put on the special helmet.

Next, she had us activate our training-lightsabers as she activated the 'training spheres that would fire lasers that would leave a stinging pain upon hitting us, and she told us she wanted us to try to block the laser.

And since we couldn't see the only way to actually block all of the lasers is through the use of Force Sense.

If I remember correctly when I was almost assassinated I felt a sudden danger without knowing what that danger was and dodged a lethal attack, I think that was my Force Sense warning me of my impending doom.

I held the training lightsaber in front of my body and focused on my other senses.

Woosh, Woosh, Woosh.

I heard the training sphere fly through the air around me but I was unable to tell where exactly it was leaving me vulnerable to the lasers.

Suddenly, PEW!

A laser was fired and I felt a stinging pain on the skin of my left arm.

I breathed in and out waiting for the next shot and the feeling from my Force Sense.

But just like last time I felt nothing and was shot once again.

And from what I could hear my fellow classmates weren't faring any better than I was.

Over the course of the day, I was slowly learning how to use my Force Sense and it worked only 15% of the time...

Which compared to my classmates was shocking higher because they haven't even gained control of their force sense yet resulting in a 0% chance of blocking!

Feeling exhausted I retreated to my shared room and laid down on my bed.

Just before I was about to go to sleep I gained a notification from the system.

[Measuring the noticeable emotions felt towards the user from today]

[4 accounts of surprise towards the user = 4 SP]

[4 accounts of shock towards the user = 4 SP]

Surprise? Who was surprised?

...

[A few hours ago after class ended]

The female youngling teacher of Class 3 was reporting the progress of a specific youngling to 3 Jedi Council members including Yoda, Windu, and Yaddle.

[A/N: You know it feels weird knowing that there is a female version of Yoda on the council during and before the clone wars, especially since her speech isn't broken like Yoda's]

While Mace Windu usually tended to other matters both Yoda and Yaddle always paid attention to the progress of the younglings and usually even taught some of the classes themselves!

So from a young age, most younglings actually had good relations with the two Jedi Masters.

"After a day's work...the youngling, Osiris, has already begun to use his Force Sense..." the female teacher told the 3 Jedi Masters.

"What?! A day?! It took me nearly a week before I started feeling my Force Sense!" Windu shouted in shock and surprise.

"Gifted, he is," Yoda responded.

"Agreed, it took us a few days to feel our senses as well, isn't that right Yoda?" Yaddle asked with a smile in which Yoda responded with a nod.

[A/N: Yadlle is much younger than Yoda with Yoda being nearly twice her age!]

"Observe and see, we should, surprise he may show us," Yoda responded with a smile as he dismissed the teacher from the room.

Once the teacher left the room Yaddle got up from her seat and said "Tomorrow I will teach that class, I wish to closely observe his progress."

Without being able to say anything, Yaddle left the room before the two Jedi Masters could speak.
