Eloise's Nightmare I

The projection the daughter is creating is something to behold. The Dungeon is one of the more technical ones, and it's not easy. Eloise's Nightmare stands before me, and I step into the Dungeon. As I do, I get a notification from the system, but one that I wasn't expecting... Usually, there is a notification you've entered a dungeon, but not this time. It's about me.

As I finish reading the information about it in my Combat Skills, this is one of the most overpowered skills I've ever seen. However, it's situational. It's only applicable to Curses. It will have its uses, but it won't break the game for me. This is fantastic, in my opinion. I look around the Dungeon, and it's just like I remember.

My new skill requires the entirety of my mana pool to use, and once I find Eloise, I can use it on her. She's at the end of the Dungeon. Being held captive and tortured by the Curse and its creations in her mind. "Let's get this show on the road." I start walking forward, and I know the exact path to reach Eloise and the boss room. There are a lot of Nightmare Monsters, though.

Nightmare Monsters are the creatures that Eloise has unintentionally created through her fears in her dreams. Speaking of which, there is a group of them up ahead. I'll have to take my time in this Dungeon. With the new Mana demands for my skills, I'll have to stop and regenerate my power multiple times. Not like I haven't done it yet.

The Nightmare Monsters ahead charge towards me, and They're indeed something you can only dream up. Grotesque creatures with multiple mouths and limbs, screaming in horrid voices that are layered. I unleash Dread Wave, and The Darkness leaps from my body and consumes the monsters in disgusting crunches and screams. Before completely disappearing as The Darkness comes back into me.

Dread Wave has gone up by 10 EXP with those kills, and I'm going to have some fun using my skills. Another 10 EXP towards my Player Level, too, meaning there is plenty of EXP to be taken in this Dungeon. I start walking forward and following the path through the distorted reality. Space and Time are shifting, and it's letting me see things that have already happened to Eloise.

According to her Lore, she's one of the most important young nobles. She's betrothed to the Second Son of The Emperor of Termal. "You shouldn't be here!!" A voice echoes through the hall I'm walking down, and it's a memory that's being played. I stop to watch, for old times sake. It's Renold yelling at Eloise for entering his office without permission.

She's instantly crying, and the father looks like his world has been destroyed. No father wants to make his daughter cry, and he's done so. "Oh... I'm sorry, honey... Please stop crying... I didn't mean to yell..." The memory I'm watching shows him picking up Eloise and taking her out of his office, and the memory turns to dust after that.

My eyes fall on some more Nightmare Monsters, and I use Dark Burst on them this time. The Jet Black rays of Darkness fly towards them and kill them. Their health cannot compete with the amount of damage I deal. I receive 10 EXP towards Dark Burst and 10 EXP towards my Player Level. The Dungeon is about 3 hours long at the rate I'm going.

The monsters never stop hurting me... Constantly stabbing and killing me... Never truly dying... I miss my mommy and daddy... "I want my mommy and daddy..." Why... Why is this happening to me... What have I done to deserve this... It's not fair... "Let me go... Please... I can't take it anymore..." I'm only 9 years old... I don't know how to get out of this...

The leader walks towards me, and I have to avert my eyes to avoid the look of the horrible creature. "You'll never leave this place, little one... You're going to experience hell for the rest of your life... You're trapped here forever..." Her voice is evil and filled with disgusting sounds. It makes me cry harder... She stabs me through the stomach, and I scream from the pain...

A special Alchemy Skill only learned from Tesha Lacroix. 75% boost to created Potions and crafting time is reduced by 75%.

[Darkness Incarnate]

As Darkness Incarnate, you have the most potential for power in Libertas. Plus 100 mana every player level up. Start with a 1000 base mana.

[First Mythical Class Wielder]

You're the first Mythical Class wielder in Libertas. 10% EXP gains for Player and Skill levels.

[Nor Good, Nor Evil]

The Darkness is considered neutral but is of the greatest power. All organizations of Good, Neutral, and Evil will not disrespect you openly.

[Mental Immunity]

Your mind is impenetrable to mental attacks and readings. All people who try to gaze into your mind will have to fight the Darkness to keep their sanity.

[Dark Vision]

You can see perfectly in total and complete darkness.

Lyatt Scott is the only person in all of Libertas to have a Mythical Grade Class. The Darkness Incarnate is a class of extreme power and potential, the strongest there is. As an Incarnate, Lyatt Scott is essentially the Darkness given form. He isn't evil, but he's not good either. The Darkness is the Darkness. It just is.

Lyatt Scott is the first player to clear an Uncommon Grade dungeon solo.

Lyatt Scott is the first player to clear Rare Grade Greedy Goblins Dungeon and do it solo.

Lyatt Scott is the first player to clear Rare Grade dungeon The Crystalline Caves of Domeir and do it solo.

Lyatt Scott is the Apprentice of the Exotic Grade Alchemist Tesha Lacroix.

[Duke Renold Ferzels Estate]-The estate of Duke Renold Ferzel and a location that holds Eloise. An important figure.

[James Bloat]-An odd old man that resides in Horris. You met him and solved one of his riddles to get a quest. You have since completed that quest.

[Sarah Relor]- A Goblin Expert and important NPC in getting access to the quest for the first attack on the Greedy Goblins Dungeon.
