"What the heck are you doing, Kazuya!? I only got 30 HP left, are you trying to kill me here!?"

That shout meld perfectly with clashing arms and suspenseful BGM. Four players tried their best to fight their way out of this critical moment. With no more than 50 HP and 20 EP, they struggled to find a perfect moment to strike. There was not much that they could do against that rock-steady character covered in black robes. His HP barely reduced, so does his EP. His right hand firmly gripping the best spear in the entire realm, no other player owned such an item. That weapon was given by the owner of this virtual world for the legendary master in this game. Still, it could not stop the four players from attempting an attack on the wielder, even if it is just a scratch, they would do it.

"This is madness!" One of the players uses a bikini-clad female avatar with blue short hair exclaimed. Her eyes were set on the man donning a samurai's outfit wielding two blades simultaneously. Even the gun in his hand could not do much, it does not have much ammunition left either. "Why can't we touch the legendary master's body? The only difference between him and us is his weapon, right? He had the same HP, EP, and defense point. I am completely at loss as to how this could happen!" She continued.

The four boys were sitting at their own place, closing their eyes while wearing a headpiece attached with several cables to the monitor. Judging by their facial expression, they looked so tense, as if the virtual world that they were exploring felt so real to them. Sometimes, they even sweated like they were doing strenuous activities.

"Problem is, we are not facing an ordinary adversary, he is the legendary master. No matter how long it takes, I will try to reclaim his throne as the best player in the game!"

The avatar wearing red capes, with short red hair and two blades charging head first to the legendary master, while the three of his comrades set up a support formation for him. But, before he could even get in range, a female figure showed up in the middle of the fight and blocked the attack and pushed the group away from the legendary master. Their HP dropped significantly, one of the group members even had his HP completely drained, he lost the fight. He left the game, feeling infuriated. He stood up from his seat and removed his net-headpiece. He then took a seat by his computer and wore his headphones. He appeared to be curious about that female figure who blocked their attack.

"Damn it!" he exclaimed. He could not accept his loss to a girl, or a boy who pretended to be a pink-clad girl under the name of 'Yuki Kagami'.

"What are you doing?" A chat message was sent by Yuki Kagami to the three remaining players. While the legendary master did nothing, the real person behind the avatar smugly smiled under his net-headpiece.

"Who are you? How dare you interfere in our fight!?" the leader of the group, who was standing in front of that female avatar, replied. That avatar looked graceful, wearing a white robe, tied hair, and a high-rarity sword in her hand. A legendary sword that was hard to create; one has to combine several pieces of diamond and a skillfully crafted potion to create it. So far, there are only two players who owned it, the other owner was the legendary master.

"I'm just a passerby, who saw all of you shamelessly trying to attack one player that did not even fight back. Have you no shame? How dare you attack one player that did nothing against you. If that is the case, I'll jump in to balance the scale!"

Right after that, they attacked each other just like they wished for. Two people tried to find an opportunity to reduce Yuki Kagami's HP, but the legendary master came to her aid and swung his spear, effectively taking down two opponents in one fell swoop. The remaining player continued to attack Yuki Kagami, but her counterattack managed to downed him in a short amount of time. The fight was over. Only two remaining players remained. They were not even in the same team, the server viewed them as two adversaries.

"Whoever you are, can you please take caution as you play? I don't know why you played solo and who started the fight, but that was completely avoidable. Don't play hero, you're not the legend master that can take on all opponents alone. Do you understand?"

The man in black robes walked toward Yuki Kagami, then he handed over several rare items.

"What is this?" Yuki asked. She did not want to owe anything to anyone.

"This is the loot that I managed to get today. You can keep it as my thanks to you. Please use it to refine your sword, I believe its effectiveness will increase if you use this."

"But…."

As Yuki Kagami accepted the item, she went on her way. Meanwhile, he logged out of the game without saying anything else. Both of them were in a different place, they were a little surprised. The girl with long black hair was running out of the room, while the young man with unkempt hair rubbed his head when he realized that his little sister was pestering him again.

"Can you please stop pestering me?" That young man sighed. Then he walked to his PC. He saw Yuki Kagami's avatar and added her as his friend. Now, his list of friends that was empty, has one name on it.

"Brother Miura, don't you remember that you promised to take me to my English lesson today? Why are you playing video games all day long!? I'll have mom and dad know about this when they get home, for real!" that little junior high school student shouted, her hands were pulling that young boy's pale hands. Once again, he had to face the real life that he hated so much.
