Chapter 7: Sin of Wraith v. Rath the Demon lion King

Ahh Lion King Rath, its nice to see you too Abaddon says to Rath as he brushes spit himself off. So how long has it been since we last bumped heads huh.

Rath stands there silent at first….. About three thousand years ago it was in the years before the flood. Where more of our kind roamed the land.

Yes, now those were the days Abaddon says agreeing. It sure was good to be a Demon. But back to the subject at hand. If memory serves me right lion king.

Rath snarls. We were in a duel to prove who was the more superior.

Yey for ye is correct. 

Sin of Wraith Rath says to abaddon. I beleive the rules were last demon standing is the victor he says as he takes a step forward.

Abaddon smiles. look Lion King, as much as i would love to take you up on that offer, im kinda in a hurry, He says to Rath.

Rath then begins to circle him. For trespassing on my ground is a true crime. For where could ye be going? he questions the sin of wraith.

Not that its any of your business, but my human counterpart took up a mission to rescue a princess from Dragon Orak.

How pathetic rath says as he continues to circle Abaddon. A high ranking demon such as yourself now bonded to the son of man, forced to share his destiny and fate. Forced to aide. He goes on.

Abaddon stays quite. Do you know how to reach his castle? He asks

Yey i do, but how a wager. I'll only tell you if you can defeat me.

Fine with me Abaddon says as he draws the slayer and points it right at Rath. I hope you put up more of a fight than those two monstrous offspring ye beared Abaddon says as he points to the dead Nemean brothers.

For it is a tragedy that i lost my only sons, Rath says but im not as foolish as my two sons. For it was true, for they were very strong and mighty warriors they made many humans worship me. But they let their renown cloud their mind, this and only this is the reason you were the victor Abaddon. Rath explains.

Well lucky me, since luck is in my favor, how about i push it. Abaddon makes the first move; usig his wings Abaddon gets a extra boost of acceleration. Using this boost Abaddon goes to swing the slayer sword but Rath is able block it by hitting the wrist of Abaddon with his tail stopping the swing. The two remain in a stand still after the clash with either side showing any resistance to the other.

That was a smart move there using your tail to block the hilt. Because you know if any part of you touches this blade itll cut clean through you.

Rath smiles, i see he says as he and Abadon jump back. I see that ye are the wielder of an sword forged in heaven. Rath says 

So you noticed Abaddon says. This sword was designed to cut through the strongest Demon or Monster no matter what. Abaddon says and it can use magic as well he says smiling

Rath gets upset. Using his tail, Rath hits Abaddon in the gut knocking him into the sky. Isnt that ironic Rath says as he looks up.

 Before Abaddon can take control of himself Rath pounces on him. Using his giant paws he grabs Abaddon. a demon using an angelic weapon he says to him as he drives him into the ground creating an 18 foot deep crater. Rath then leaps from out hole and stands at the edge overlooking the impact.

Come now Sin of Wraith, surly that cant be the end of you. He screms into the crater. 

Suddenly one arm bust out of the rubble, then suddenly Abaddon emerges from beneath the rubble.

He brushes himself off. Is that it Rath Abaddon says.

the lion king smiles. Rath then takes a deep breath. Bullet hellstorm he says as Rath then launches six huge fireballs outta his mouth towards Abaddon hitting him head on. Now thats it he says as he waits and watches for the smoke to clear.

As the smoke lifts Rath can see that Abaddon survived his attack. And also that his sword is now a black fire sword

So this must be the magic that you spoke of, for not even a demon can withstand the flames of hell. It is a demons strength as well as its weakness. He then laughs boastfully. I hope ye know for im not scared of a heavenly blade, for i may not be an Arch Demon. But i am a very strong one he says to Abaddon. 

Enough now perish Lion king he says as he swings the sword and sends a wave of hell fire towards rath. 

I see, so you heightened your senses huh. So tjat how you have been able to stay alive all tjis time.

For you see thanx to my cult following their prayer have enhanced me he says as he stomps. Given me more power making me stronger, so much so that i dont even know my own strength any more. He says as he takes a ready stance. Fighting you will give me a good chance to see my actual strength he says as he begins to charge his body. Suddenly his mane is engulfed by black hellfire, he then charges at Abaddon. Hellfire Blitz he yells as he increases his speed to mach 1 hitting Abaddon and sending him flying crashing through many trees.

Rath then powers down, And stares. So what did ye think of my attack he calls out to Abaddon. Was that too strong for you? he continues on mocking the Sin.

Abaddon is slow to get up. I gotta do something about these flames he says to himself as he takes the slayer sword and uses it to absorb the flames in the blade. Thats some power Rath Abaddon says to him as he finally gets on his two feet.

That sword of yours rath calls out. Its going to be a pest….. How did a strong demon such as yeself acquire such a weapon any ways. Rath asks pausing briefly; I though the only way for a demon to get a Holy Blade was to kill an Angel he says to Abaddon.

Abaddon laughs, wouldnt you like to know Abaddon says to the lion king smiling. Besides its a long story anyway Lion king he says as he takes an offensive stance. So how about we cut the chit chat and begin round two because. I am on a time limit.

Rath roars then follows it up with a snarl. Whenever you are ready to begin, sin of wraith. 

And the two stare at one another.
