The trip was threatening but not dangerous. Three days later, they arrived at the location marked on the map. This was a famous place in the Prison of Soul. There was a series of mountains known as the Nine Li Mountain.
People sometimes would use the name seven-step snakes to refer to some venomous snakes, which indicated that once warriors were poisoned by those snakes, they would die within seven steps. In similar logic, this range of mountains was called Nine Li Mountain. Any warrior that would dare to barge in here would die within nine li, which was over two and a half miles.
The most horrible factor of this location was the many naturally formed formations which could launch soul strikes. There were some Beasts of Primordial Chaos hiding in the mountain as well. It was true that the average warriors at the peak of the Semi-God Realm would find it hard to leave once stepped in.
